I went here yesterday (1/10/23) around 5PM to request for an eSim to transition from Android to Apple.A gentleman who works at this branch named Jacob greeted me as I entered the store. When it was finally my turn, he assisted me in setting up my phone and was very patient. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a problem activating my phone so he had to provide me with another eSim after getting an approval from his superior on the phone. He did everything he could to help me with my issue and guided me through the whole troubleshooting part.The store normally closes at 5:30PM but then I asked if he could let me stay a bit longer while I search online on what could be the problem. Thankfully, he didn't mind. After finding out what the issue was, he provided me with another eSim for the third time and got the issue resolved. It was already 6PM that time.I am very delighted that he went an extra mile to assist me with my concern.Folks, this is what a great customer service looks like. Somebody give this man a raise!

We stopped in to Rogers to upgrade our phone. Amal Antony was AMAZING! We are used to this being a drawn out painful process; however, not this time! He was so helpful and went over and beyond with his customer service. He stayed 1/2 an hour past closing to ensure everything worked well and we walked out very happy! This will be our store and Amal will be our representative for every phone deal going forward! Thanks Amal!!

I came in on the 23rd after having issues with my Rogers account for 2 months. I was very frustrated and upset and wanted to speak to a manager (after calling rogers 5 times, being on hold and passed around) to get a refund. Volga- a store employee explained that we would have to call as they dont have authority in store. After explaining my issues, she was very sympathetic and helped me explain on the phone. I was in there for over an hour and half trying to resolve my issues. I felt that Volga went above and beyond to make sure my issues were properly resolved and I was very grateful she was there to help.

Went here for an update on my phone, walked out with one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a phone store! Jacob made out problems go away with a literal flick of a switch, he helped me find a plan that suits me and even though my problem was complex; kept a positive attitude the entire time!Thanks Jacob for changing my mind about in-store customer service!
