Natasha was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and took her time with us in finding the perfect shoes to go with our outfits. This Browns store is one of my favourites to shop from. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in :) Heather has helped me during different encounters and she is so pleasant to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and makes great suggestions based on your needs. Even if they don't have an item or size in stock at the store, they always make it super easy and order the product for you to get shipped wherever you want.

I went in the store to return a pair of boots that I bought for my kid. Unfortunately when I went they had 4 people on the floor while one person behind the counter I.e. cash register. Seemed like they only had one register which to me seemed bit odd, unless they picked all other due to covid restrictions but all 4 staff member were standing very close behind the cash register counter. The staff behind the register was helpful. They do not carry all the brands at this location. Online orders can be returned here.

I was at the store last week and was assisted by Sayed Omar. Great customer service, he was very pleased to deal with and patient while I was trying different shoes. He knew his product and helped me pick the right shoes for me. I was extremely satisfies with his five star service.
