We visited here 3 times during our stay in Toronto. Service was good, but somewhat inconsistent. Drink selection is really good and had a nice relaxed atmosphere.

I recently hit up Beertown Public House in Toronto and tried their Super Salad and Fruily beer. Gotta say, the salad was good, packed with fresh ingredients that hit the spot. But that Fruily beer was something else! It blew my mind with its perfect blend of fruity flavors, way better than I expected. Now, let's talk about the service. It was a bit slow, no lie. The staff seemed stretched thin, so we had to wait longer for our orders. But hey, the vibe in there was pretty sweet! The place had a cozy and chill atmosphere that made me feel right at home. All in all, Beertown Public House delivered on a tasty Super Salad and an unexpectedly amazing Fruily beer. Sure, the service was a bit sluggish, but the relaxed ambiance totally made up for it. If you're in the mood for good eats and a killer beer selection, give Beertown Public House a shot when you're in Toronto.

The ambiance of the restaurant is really nice. The selection of beer they have is out of this world! Lots to choose from which is really good. The food is just okay. I thought the food was extremely salty. The BBQ brisket burger wasn't too bad but the poutine was extremely salty. However, it's a fairly big portion. I would come back for drinks for sure.

Went there a few nights ago for a late dinner and was surprised how quiet it was. There was music playing, the TVs on, and a few people chatting but the energy was very grounded. The waitor was attentive, and the steak was grilled to perfection. It's a nice atmosphere to dine in, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go again.

Great food, drinks and service. Even if you are not a beer person there are a nice array of exciting mixed drinks on the menu. Highly recommend.

At the corner of Wellington Street and University Avenue, Beertown is ideally located between Scotiabank Arena, Roger Centre, Union Station and the theatre district. While you can’t go wrong with anything at this upscale bar, my recommendation is the wonton nachos with sashimi tuna. This is a unique spin on a traditional dish. While they have an impressive list of beers on tap with matching mugs, i enjoyed the Longboard Island lager by the Kona Brewing Company.

Had dinner here last Friday night, we were 6 adults in total. The place was loud and it was only just under 1/2 full.Service was slow. Our waitress was difficult to understand between her mask and the loudness in the restaurant, so she had to repeat a lot of what she said again.Food was very tasty and hot.Prices were a bit expensive. One person ordered the Blueberry + Kale sale which has 2 blueberries. The fish tacos were very tasty. The salmon rice bowl was very tasty and hardy. The burger was amazing but small for the price.I would try this restaurant again.

Went here for a birthday dinner with some friends. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their drink menu. When they realised it was for a birthday, they brought out brownie desserts at the end for the two birthday people. The drinks were great. I had the mac and cheese dish, which was delicious, and everyone else enjoyed their food. The IPA sampler was nice if you like IPA beers. The pretzel appetizer is delicious.

Located at a perfect location for all the office crowd to grab a meal or drink during the weekday. We went there recently and the service was pretty slow right from getting us a table ( even though the place was half empty ) to taking our orders. We ordered the coronita and raspberry vodka drink. Coronita drink was fine but the raspberry vodka drink was so bitter and we couldn't enjoy it. When we ordered the brisket poutine, we showed them the photo of the food from their own restaurant but what we got was not the shredded ( pulled ) meat. The meat was so chunky and the poutine was so bad that we couldn't even complete it. We did inform the waitress about it and they did accept it was a mistake from their side and they were nice enough to take it off the bill. We ordered the beertown big burger but it was meh. Not a great experience with food and drinks just enjoyed the location.

Came here for drinks/dinner with a colleague and it was fantastic. The food was well-priced and delicious, there was a huge selection of drinks, the environment/decor was lively and tasteful and the service was amazing - the staff here were so friendly and knowledgeable. There are a lot of pubs/eateries in the Union Stn area, but this one (and WVRST) are the best in my opinion. Def recommend!
