Mike not only helped us purchase our next home with confidence, he also scored us a brand new air conditioner! When looking at the home we wanted to purchase originally, we didn't notice how dated the air conditioner was. After Mike inspected the home he brought this to our attention and we were able to get a brand new one from the seller! Getting him to inspect the home we were interested in helped us understand our purchase and things about the home we could look out for in the future. He was thorough, organized, timely and very professional!One thing we regretted with selling our old home and purchasing the new one was not getting Mike to inspect our old home before we put it up for sale as well! 10/10 would recommend Mike at Rezcom!
