Wonderful looking breads in this shop. I had a Galette and it was tasty. In a great neighborhood too.

A glutinous paradise! Beautiful bakery with fresh bread, pastries, and sandwiches. So many unique options like fig and cheddar baguettes, almond croissants, cinnamon twists, and “mushroom” pastries.Everything tasted so fresh and delicious, a fantastic boulangerie!

We went a few minutes before closing, so we didn't get to try much of their pastries, and the ones we did try weren't the best probably because they were made earlier in the morning. The coffee was good and so was the bread. Will try to come back earlier in the day to try the pastries.

I used to say that Guillaume had the best brownies in the city. The perfect fudgy consistency. The balance of bitter, sweet, and salty—and all in a unique brick shape. Then they changed shops and the brownies stopped being warm and fresh, but cold on arrival and that was fine, I just put them in the microwave. But now? They changed the recipe. It’s square, it’s lighter and more bitter, and they put nuts in it. They went from an S Tier brownie to an A, to a D.Guillaume. Please change it back so I can return to proudly declaring them the best in the city.

I am in love with their white chocolate and vanilla mushroom. Cheese croissant is soooo good here. I definitely suggest this place and they even have many types of breads and everything is freshly baked.

Pastry was delicious such as the chocolate croissant, cute mushroom shaped etc. It was my first visit and everything looked so good. However I felt a bit rushed when ordering and wished I had more time to look and decide which ones to get. It was also hard to read the labels from the distance. Also note that they do not take Amex.

The pastries are so fresh and delicious! The staff were also so helpful in recommending options for us! We got the frangipane croissant, white chocolate and original chanpignons, olive focaccia bread, apple turnover, potato and cheese bread, and maple scone. All tasted amazing!!

Quality decline, the same disease spreading to most business to cut in quality to maximize gain. Very unfortunate to see Guillaume go that way. Bought 8 Ciabatta bread for 14$. Very disappointing the size. Not even enough to cut In half.Judge for yourself, 2$ each…..

O my, where to start?Since I started to bake my own bread 2 year ago I stopped buying bread from the stores completely. Only when travel, but it wasn't as good as mine, usually a big disappointment.Guillaume is a gem. I loved every bread we bought from them. The croissants are perfect, as good or even better than Brioche a Tet next block, but price is definitely better.I even brought some of the bread and croissants home to NY.My new must stop at " place in Montreal. It's a must visit for any bread enthusiast."
