Got some problem with the printer, they set up a remote connect with my PC, and fixed it. and send me a bunch of instructions and tips. For missing ink problems, increase the temperature of the head a little bit will fix it...

The machine is excellent but beware of the owner. I warn everyone to stay away from this company. Being in the servicing industry, no one will reject any customer. But below is the e-mail I received from them.We are going to return the etransfer and cancel the order. Clearly

The quick email reply was appreciated, at that meantime there was a challenge with setting up the technical support time, due to company moving offices and unexpected situations. Unfortunately I have to agree with the reviews. Terrible customer service. Have been trying to get help with our printer that has changed due to computer update even purchased a new computer..still not fixable. We have tried everything downloads, re-installed software.Paid a computer person and they kept getting an error reading. Sent several emails, left several messages now for weeks and even replied by several website tickets and still no word back? Also called Teleflora that supports this product to see if they could help and they had no answers either? Hmm not good customer service for a product that used to be really good! Not sure how to proceed from here?... we just need some answers to fix the issue so we can use our printer again?

I would like to use this a platform for a public apology. This company is FANTASTIC. With a very small staff I was personally walked though and shown through screen share how to set up my printer. They might be busy, but they are putting so much time and care into each customer! Thanks again!

Worst customer support , I've been trying to get hold of the company for months now to help me with my printer that stop running due to a changed in my computer set up but no one got back to me at all. But when I left a message before that I need a supplies they called me right away. Horrible company.

as a owner of this product myself.. i find the service to be the worst ive ever experienced.if your going to buy this,dont depend on the company helping you with any problems you may have after ..big or small. i misplaced my installation disk and purchased a new computer. needed help from the company to reinstall the printer .. i have left 15 messages over a period of time and has never had the phone answered when i call .. i do not recommend this particular company .. purchase it elsewhere because there is NO customer service at all . i now have a ribbion printer that i paid a thousand dollars for and cant use it

Have been trying to reach them for over 6 months. phone message was full, now says they will reply to email within 2 hours. Emailed yesterday and still no response.
