I have been working for cbm for over 4 years and it has always been great place to work with flexibility between part time and fulltime. The owner Rolf Sanft is personally very involved with the team and the tasks and treats the company as his own family. Among team members there is a lot of respect and we have a lot of fun. Every year there is the amazing Xmas party and every employee gets the full treat.
