Room Remedy
Judee and Cailin were instrumental in making the sale of our home a smooth and successful process. Beginning a month before we listed, they gave us detailed advice on paint colours, what repairs/renos to focus on, which of our things could stay and what had to go. They were always available to answer our many questions, responded to emails almost immediately, and checked in several times. Once our part was done, they brought in furniture and art that matched the vibe of our house and neighbourhood. We believe that their work played a big role in the results: we had 8 offers almost immediately and sold well over asking! Highly recommended.

They were able to provide a seven page extremely detailed list of our small townhome that required our attention to make our home showroom ready! They have razor-sharp attention to detail that even the most scrupulous buyer would notice--things that are often overlooked by the homeowner. Cailin did a wonderful job helping us stage our house in advance of selling. In particular, she helped us pick a colour scheme for our kitchen cabinets and walls and followed up several times to make sure we were comfortable with her suggestions. We were thrilled with the results - the cabinets and walls perfectly complimented our existing counters, backsplash and floor. It really made the kitchen a beautiful part of our home that we love being in.

My condo had been on the market for nearly a year before I decided to call up Cailin and Room Remedy for a consult. The next day, she came in and had a look around, took some measurements and went off to do what she does. The next day she started hunting for the best pieces of furniture to make my place look appealing and attractive. After about 4 long days of hard work and hours of time spent on this property, what came out was a glorious masterpiece. New pictures were taken and I had more showings in the following month than I had the entire year before. Within that month, I got an offer at 98% of asking price.
