The change rooms are not open. Not cool given the nature of clothing. Even new clothing varies in size. I regularly fit into THREE different sizes. This makes it next to impossible to purchase clothing. Add in that it is already loved items, that changes the fit of the clothing.Closing the change rooms serves no purpose except dwindle your customers.

Rude managers. Bought speakers that where blown. Had to fight to get my money back. I suggested a testing station. They never put one up. The speakers I bought where cheaper on Amazon. Prices are ridiculous for donated supplies . Also they sell items from dollaramma and they mark it up higher price. Bedbugs on items. BEWARE !!

Used to love this location but lately not so much. I came in to do a small Walmart bag sized donation the other day as well as shop. I waited in line as I no longer saw the bin they had at the front of store for donations in which the cashier said she would take it this time but from now on it needs to go outside around the back. I will now be bringing my donations somewhere else. I don’t see a point of driving around to drop off one small bag if I’m going in to shop as well. This place is no longer convenient for me and the cashier was quite rude about it even tho this is something they used to offer.

Manager here is clueless. Display case full of fake designer bags priced from $300-$400. Getting very greedy and they’re not even smart enough to tell fake product from the real things. Disappointing.

Disappointed spend lots there, bought a vacuum for $30, came home it didn't work, took it back just to exchange for another with the receipt, they wouldn't do it, pretty bad considering they get their items for free through donations so if a product dont work, at least exchange for another,

Some things are more expensive than dollar store, you get free items, think about prices. People, staff are very nice and polite

Best thrift store I’ve been to in Winnipeg! I left buying a whole bag of stuff from house goods to shoes to clothing. They have a really great selection and I can tell they are careful what they put on the floor. The store itself is clean. They make the best use of the space and although it can be tight manoeuvring around they make up for it with keeping space on the racks so the clothes aren’t shoved tight. As for the customer service, it’s a mixed bag. Some of the employees don’t try too hard to help, and others really go above and beyond. (Sarah!)When checking out, the cashier offered a discount on an item for me that I wasn’t sure I wanted but then didn’t actually apply it? Not sure if that was on purpose? And no changing rooms? Huge bummer. It’s a necessity especially in a thrift store.

Very overpriced considering your stuff Is all donated , $160 for a used coach purse ?!?? Your charging basically mall prices for used handbags cause they have a name brand .
