My dad had 16 years of cronic back pain. Dr. Mark Matishak saved his life. After two disc replacement surgeries he preformed on my dad's spine, my dad is a new man and has his life back. Best surgeon out there

Absolutely Fantastic! He saved my life and kept my brains functioning well. He also is a great Doctor to talk to about all things affecting a person such as myself after such a massive surgery. If not for him, my kids would be fatherless now. Amazing abilities!

I had a teleconference appointment and he was so warm friendly understanding and easy to understand. I haven’t even met him in person and I already adore him. Other neurosurgeons have had completely different bedside manners(which I also understand and didn’t take personally but this man is different - it’s so nice!).

He thought carefully about my problem. He was the first to give me a reasonable explanation for its cause and he offered a reasonable solution. A thoughtful conversation in one visit gave me peace of mind and changed my world.

This man saved my life when I came in with a bleeding tumor the size of an orange, under the emergency surgery I had to have Dr. Matishak was super kind and left me feeling very confident and capable of continuing with my life, now that I face more than likely another surgery I am aftaid of having anyone else touch my brain and will wait until he's back from holidays before making a decision Dr Mark Matishak is my hero and my angel .
