Hale street building has no heat tenants without heat for several weeks during the winter

I'm giving able properties a 5 star review because of malcolm. he's an incredibly kind man with a good heart. he's charming and funny- as well as very accepting of people on the lower end of the wealth spectrum. sure he's not perfect but who is? absolutely none of the people giving him bad reviews that's for sure.he reminds me of my grandpa that i lost in 2010, and i'm so glad to be able to call him my landlord. i'm on odsp with no job currently, and he didn't turn me away like every other landlord of apartments i applied for. the building is gorgeous. it's a beautiful old victorian house with an added controlled entry, and the apartment is the perfect size with the CUTEST vintage features. yeah the apartments don't get painted between tenants if it's not needed, and there isn't constant upkeep on the grounds or the building but you know what- that's okay, because it keeps the rent costs DOWN for the people who get to live there. he is doing the best he can with the tools he has and i appreciate everything he's done for me thus far. thank you so much sir <3

I have rented from Malcom several times and he has always been a great landlord to me when I was a tenant of his , I wish he had places where I live now

The property managers at ABLE are slumlords with contempt for their tenants. Their criminal mismanagement of property has caused untold injury, suffering and possibly death. If you care for your family stay clear of these scoundrels.

I had Malcolm as my landlord over 2 different places in a row and he was always willing to give me extra time on payments when necessary and was always available to help with any issues with the apartment. Thanks Malcolm

Both Able property management and Marvest Property Corp are a bunch of jokes! My father spoke his mind to the landlord in regards to the building we lived in going to a deep decline and the landlord Jeff Francis whom Able property management currently does work for, or lack thereof rather kick us out of our unit......Unfair, unfirm, unfriendly DO NOT RENT FROM THESE DOUCHEBAGS unless you want to live with cockroaches that live rent free or have maintenance issues and Marvest Property Corp is such a JOKE that they're not even listed on Google for ratings thsts how shady these ppl we're renting apartments are

One of London's worst property management companies your above average run of the mill slumlords but what sets this slumlord head and shoulders above the regular slumlord is their President Malcolm Millar this piece of work is drunk must of the time so good luck getting him to come and fix anything broken in your unit in-fact I just finished suing the property owner at my house and Malcolm was the property manager well I won 3 months in rent back at the min. he costed the property owner $2,325 and that is before the owners legal costs! If you are in need of a property manager I would stay clear of this guy just to give you some idea of how bad this guy is I did not have heat at all last winter but hey anyway he can do to save a few dollars!, At the direct cost of the renters!

Not only do I do odd job's around and in the properties but the man who runs the company is great I have now been renting from him for years now without a doubt
