The lady making food wasn't very friendly. Gave someone's food to someone else and told that person to take the other person's food, which wasn't the same. Never offered to remake them the right item. I was served by a different person who was very nice. I ordered 2 timbits, and they gave me 4.

You’re better off just driving another 1.6km in any direction to another Tim Hortons. This one is slow, dirty and just bad. How hard is it to put cream cheese on both sides of a bagel? Not only that but how hard is it to cut a bagel? Apparently about as hard as it is to not burn a bagel. If bagels were meant to be torched black, one sided with cream cheese and uncut id give this place a 5 star because they knock it out of the park for how it isn’t supposed to be. I mean you don’t expect much from Tim Hortons these days but this is one of the worst.

The restaurant was very clean as were the bathrooms. Our server was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions as well as accommodations. My mom wanted the English muffin with only bacon and cheese and no egg and the server said no problem. I had the English muffin bacon and egg and we both had a hashbrown. Everything was hit and delicious. Thank you for an awesome experience while traveling.

This place is horrible and none of them know how to work. They don’t know how to make orders proper. Numerous times we’ve ordered to have things very visibly burnt, made wrong (even simple tea/coffee) or just plain missing things from our orders. Half the time they can’t even wrap the simple breakfast/farmers wraps properly before boxing them. Was brought home a farmers wrap that had none of the sauce on it rather some gross mayo hidden in it. eggs are usually never fresh and taste off (you can also see the colour is changed too from being sat around so long) and half the time if you go in later in the evening they will have NOTHING. No drinks, barely any bakery items and usually no bread or bagels, so you can’t actually order anything to eat. Horrible over all, you’d honestly be better off going to any of the other Tim’s. I’ve included a picture of the farmers wrap that had no sauce and tasted horrible, I had to take it apart & wipe off as much mayo as I could (which wasn’t much unfortunately) to eat the waste of money.

Went there 3 times since I have moved here and 2 out of 3 times the order was wrong. The other time was 3 people ahead of me and one person working everything while the manager walked around and talked on her phone. I waited almost 20 mins while I watched a woman take an order and then go make the sandwiches while the manager did nothing. In all my years I have never seen that ever at a tims hortons. The manager may have had something important to do but she knew we were all waiting and did not even attempt to help. Another time I asked for a tea double double with milk and got something that looked like sludge. I had to throw it out and make it at home. This store is in need of a staff change and it starts with that manager. If I owned this place she would be gone and I would replace her with someone who cares about her customers and supports the staff when needed. Not watch customers sit for way to long waiting and do nothing. I am a manager and I would fire myself if I acted that way. Pathetic service and poor quality. This is one Tim Hortons I will drive by now and never stop at.

Standard Tim Hortons experience. Staff members are generally friendly, but not always. I've never had an issue with food quality but the restaurant is frequently very dirty. Tables are typically dirty and not great to sit and dine in. Food is usually quick, parking is okay. Is what it is

Arrived mid-afternoon for a coffee break. Not sure why, but they had only two folks behind the counter, which resulted in a notable lineup and wait time for our coffees. Also, we found parking to be a bit challenging given the limited spaces. I can only assume having only two employees working was not a normal situation for this Tim's.

I was impressed to see a screen showing mobile orders but it wasn't being cleared as orders were filled which made it confusing for workers who were working hard and quite friendly with customers (great to see this). Excellent fresh hot steeped tea with right amount of oat milk - I almost went back for another one!

Always lined up out the door. They could use more than 1 person on counter... in a tim hortons with no drive-thru, and is basically the only one in Wolfville.
