Mantrap Roofing

Extremely unprofessional. We have had frost line under our soffit issues moisture and leaks in our window encasement. I'm not a roofing expert but I believe there is a venting circulation issue. One of his roofers fell through our kitchen ceiling and instead of rectifying the issue Brandon dropped it in our lap and stated he would just take a deduction from our bill. He gave us a name of someone to do repair work but we cannot get ahold of him. So now 4 months later I still have a large hole in my ceiling with hanging drywall. When we called Brandon to discuss our dissatisfaction he said he was so upset" and promptly hung up on us. Too many other issues to name here but do not use this business. I read the other reviews and it sounds very familiar. So now after close to $30

They have to be the best and most reliable roofing contractor in Park Rapids and the surrounding area! Not only do they do quality work but will about make your head spin with the speed that it is completed!!

I was dealing with Brandon for a seperate business matter. He was dismissive and left me hanging when I was told he would contact me. I ended up contacting him and he told me someone else was put at a higher priority than me. If that fell through, then he would let me know. I just wish he would have been respectful and thoughtful enough to communicate with me and be straight up about his intentions. And not waste a week of my time the week of Christmas. It looks like the actual roofing company does good work and will treat you right if your are somebody to them or have a big enough pay job though. Professionalism goes a long way in a small town. I'm really disappointed.

Owner quoted me a price on replacing a roof at a cabin we just purchased. He told me they could not do it until spring of ‘21. We agreed and were excited to have them. When I texted to ask questions on his quote, he asked if I was getting other bids. I told him a general contractor that we were working with for windows, doors, electrical, and siding put in a bid. He pulled his quote. It’s a good thing business is good for him because his word is not!!!

Brandon and his crew went above and beyond my expectations! They stayed to their bid and did extras. Not a nail or piece of old shingle left in my yard. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!!

Brenden and his crew did a great job on our roof. The job was done exactly when he said it would be done and exactly for the price he quoted. His crew was conscientious about clean up and finishing the job properly. A very nice family operation.
