We contacted Lady Bug Arborists to consult about a tree that seemed to be shedding needles prematurely. When they came, they also trimmed several other trees in the same area. Very professional. We will be engaging them to work on the rest of our trees as it becomes necessary.

Maureen's group of staff have been amazing. They come in and get the job done quickly and cleanly. You can hardly tell they've been there, except that your yard looks so much better. Trees are happy and thriving. Definitely worth the call.

I heard Maureen's presentation at the Home and Garden Show 5 years ago and we had her come that summer to trim and prune our new trees. She did a fabulous job then and this summer, 5 years later, we had her come back and trim and shape those same trees again. Her and her crew do a wonderful job keeping our trees looking healthy and providing the shade and privacy we want for our backyard. Would, and have, recommended Ladybug Arborist to friends.

My Mayday tree needed a sanitation pruning due to black knot, and the team was very thorough. I was given realistic advice about the life expectancy of my Mayday, and ideas for replacement trees. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the cut branches and twigs. The job was done in a safe manner too. I recommend Ladybug Arborists.

The Ladybug crew arrived and did a great job of trimming the trees. They validated our wish to take down one large trunk, but advised us NOT to take off another branch as it would be likely to make the tree less stable, thereby saving us grief and money. Excellent service all round.

Outstanding. Maureen and her staff are extremely hard workers, but more importantly, they are kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. We purchased our home with a backyard jungle, complete with multiple fruit trees as well as other large trees. I look forward to the years when Ladybug comes to assess, prune, remove, and shape my yard to a manageable, healthy, and beautiful space. Highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and professional. They explained what they were going to do, the cost and had us check to see that we were satisfied before they left. They will be doing additional work and we are confident that we will be just as pleased.

I contacted this company to give me treatment options on my aphid infected willow trees. I told Maureen over the phone what the problem was, she asked me to send her pictures to her cell number, she replied to the pictures confirming what I had already told her, and later sent me a $50 invoice. No treatment options were given over text and she did not provide any type of service. She should have been upfront about the cost of looking at pictures, as I would have told her I was not interested. I do not recommend this company.
