Nice shop. Beautifully presented treats. Great for gifts. High end chocolatey treats so expect matching prices. It was super hot outside so we came in search of cold drinks or ice cream. We settled on their frozen stacked treat". They looked nice (like fancy DQ dillybars). I ordered a mocha

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The chocolates are fresh and as beautiful as they are delicious. Try their Hot Chocolate, it may be the best I have ever had.

Multiple time customer. First at the old Chinatown location, and now at the Manchester one.Chocolate Lab does some of the most beautiful and delicious chocolate work in the city. They remind me a lot of Beta5 in Vancouver in both quality and taste.Would recommend everything from the chocolate bars to the gift boxes. In the past they also did hot chocolate, which was also amazing. Truth be told, you really can't go wrong.

This place is so dang delicious! Looking for gourmet chocolate? This is the place to go!It’s not exactly cheap, but the chocolates/bonbons* are really flavourful and tasty! They also look so beautiful, it makes it hard to actually eat them!Great idea for a gift, the staff are friendly!The only thing that’s “negative” about this place, is that it’s kind of slow when you’re picking out and making an individual pack. They take the time to make them look very nice in the box, so if there are a few customers you might be waiting a bit.

We dropped in for a Valentine's day treat. Not disappointed. The girls selected a number of flavours and I got the Waldorf-Astoria Cocktail Collection (3rd Edition).There is a very wide range of options. What we've tried out of the lot so far is fabulous.The 2 young men attending to us were polite and very helpful. The shop is clean and tidy.

A small quaint shop with different varieties of quality chocolates, ice creams and other desserts! Tucked in a quiet corner along the Blackfoot Trail and has lots of parking spaces outside. Staff were amazing and helpful with our chocolate choices.

Went there the first time and the employees were so nice! The guy helping us was super nice and friendly. The guy making chocolates came out with the biggest chocolate egg just to show us. It was the first time I spend this much money on chocolate but it was so worth it. At first I wasn't going to buy any and was only companying a friend that LOVED them. I asked myself what was so special about these chocolates??" They gave me a sample piece and i fell in love and bought a whole box. The chocolates are really special
