Crash Hotel Downtown Edmonton

The staff was beyond kind and helpful! My friends and I stayed for a stagette and the staff was fabulous taking photos for us in the front lobby (which is beyond cool). Room was clean and tidy and the perfect size. I definitely didn't wanna get up in the am as the bed was so comfy. Great stay!

This hotel has a super cool aesthetic. Amazing location just a few blocks from the newly renovated ICE District. The beds are comfy, appliances and amenities were modern and well maintained.The staff are all quite lovely - complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning, and was quite helpful in the best place to park, cool places to visit and how to get there!Special shoutout to bartender Rodney - he was incredibly kind, welcoming and very personable - and has a beard anyone could be jealous of.Highly recommended and will absolutely stay here again.

I rate it due to the renovations done to the hotel. Every room has a different theme. Bed was so comfy with the best pillows. The view was amazing. Only thing was the hot water from the sink was not working. The shower water pressure seemed low. Room was so clean zero dust. 10/10 would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay this weekend! Super convenient since it’s so close to Rogers Arena. Our room was nice and clean, loved the mini bar/snacks. It would have been nice to be able to turn down the heat in our room. The door to get in our room didn’t close very well, we had to pull on it hard to get it to shut. We were given four free drink tickets which was awesome. Overall, it was a great experience! We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and it was awesome! They have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I was on the third floor & felt the vibration of the bar, I'm a heavy sleeper who needs noise to sleep, so that part didn't bother me at all. If your a light sleeper, this might not be the place to stay. The staff were great, rooms clean & fun decorations on the walls. Highly recommend especially those who are going to anything at Roger's Place

When you travel it is supposed to have rest at night. So I would not recommend. I picked this place because I wanted to stay at a stylish and interesting place, it is true, I loved the old school games, great location, kind staff.... but unfortunately you can’t sleep at all! It was EXTREMELY loud music, I absolutely didn’t expect that, I was able to hear every word in a music from the club downstairs... when finally I was able to sleep on the third night - I was woken up by a fire alarm, someone was smoking in room. In the mornings the hallways were dirty due to the clubbing people coming back to their rooms, and coffee was cold

I think this will be my new favourite hotel when I come to Edmonton from now on! I really like the comfy and industrial style of the rooms, the lobby and the bar area. I really enjoyed that there was a mini bar in my room and it was fully stocked! The washroom was super bright with awesome full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I thought it was really cute that you are given a real tangible key for your room, apparently they're quite expensive if you lose one, but I didn't have that problem. Overall I really liked this hotel and would definitely recommend!

Great location.. I was not aware that it would be so loud due to bar downstairs. Sleeping was hard at times. Loved selection in snacks and mini bar. Very comfortable bed and pillows .room was very well done. No control of heat tho, too hot. Loved the shampoo and conditioner, purchased when I left. Bottles in shower were nearly empty tho, day of check out I couldn't get any shampoo out to wash my hair. Check out was very long at 6am took nearly 40 Min's. Great food in lobby bar, wonderful serviceOverall I'd stay again just not when travelling for work and if price was under 100 .I think the 145 a night I paid was very high considering the noise and the fact that there are signs in the bathrooms to stay for 90.00 after midnight.

Great atmosphere but don’t go here if you need to sleep, even on a Tuesday - they played super loud music until 2 am and the walls are so thin it sounds as if you are in the bar. Called the front desk asking if I could switch rooms and they said all the rooms are likely just as noisy and to wait until 2 am to get some sleep.Would of been great to party here, it does have a great atmosphere but as I actually needed to sleep for a business meeting the next day I really wish I didn’t stay here. The staff was really nice though.

First of all very nice and helpful staff, but I can agree with other reviews that this place is not really something if you are looking for a good nights sleep. Even on the third floor you can hear the people from the bar until 2am. It was not really clear to me that this is kind of a party hotel when I booked it.However I received a 25CAD voucher and some free drinks for the bar next door which is really nice. The staff there is also very nice and helpful.The room I booked was a design suite which had a nice appearance but at a closer look there were some minor damages that should be eliminated e.g. missing tiles around the mirrors next to the beds. I also prefer to be able to switch my lights next to the bed from the bed and not the switch next to the entrance.
