I have never had an issue with this location which we have been going to for years until yesterday. Wait was long which I understand. When I was seen I stated what was wrong. Took literally 10 seconds to write a prescription. While doing so I asked to get a requisition for blood test. Doctor states buddy im not a family doctor and we dont do that here. So I said I had a family doctor when we were downtown toronto who retired 10 years ago when we move to durham. We have not found a family doctor that are taking in new patients so we've just gone to this walkin. This doctor goes off and starts talking about Trudeau and how he hates him. As a patient its not my business we are ill therefore we go to a clinic. He tells me to go complain to Trudeau. First off you're a physician who has to provide service, second dont take your anger out on patients like we had something to do with it and third dont ever say you have more respect for your shoes than this country. You chose a practice that serves the community. If you're unhappy go protest and/or file a complaint with the government. You as a physician chose to do your practice here. If you're really that unhappy then practice it elsewhere. Anyway all this said and done he still wrote me a requisition so what was the point of doing all that. Change the environment and attitude. This is what causes division and anger. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

Been to this walking several times and both Drs I've seen were courteous and thorough.On my last visit for a persistent back ache Dr Li had me get an x-ray.Her staff phoned me back in a couple days to give me the results and suggested rehab.I'd rather come here and be seen by a good Dr than wait hours and hours at the hospital and find out that the Dr forgot to give me the results.

I originally wrote a nice review that was for the ultra sound people they were great! The staff here are pretty nice but the place is always packed and you need to wait over an hour. Iv had good and meh doctors tho. Some seem to care and others don't seem to care and all and just want you to get in then out.

reception staff can be pretty rude. other than that, it’s normal to wait upwards of four hours before even getting into an office which just becomes a secluded waiting room. i came in at 10:30am on a friday, was asked to come back at 1 which i did. i didn’t end up being called into the dr’s room until 3 (let it be known they close at 3 on fridays.) i waited another hour and a half before anyone came into the room. i came in for flu like symptoms (fever, nausea, etc.) as well as sore throat and coughing. he barely looked me over before telling me to take advil and prescribed a throat numbing spray before rushing out of the room, not allowing me to question about the rest of my concerns. really wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to waste your whole day waiting for someone to brush you off.

I go there to see a doctor . The wait is 45 mins and never called after that time than i am told I can’t be seen without a mask and they don’t provide them… your a doctors office and don’t provide masks this place is actually horrible patient assistance they don’t care at all and very rude at the reception desk.

I like that you can sign in to keep your place in order. Staff is honest with your wait time. I don't have to wait in lounge, if I don't want to. I can go run errands and come back to be seen by my predicted time which was accurate. And Dr. A is a very good doctor.

This placeis the most terrible walk-in clinc i have ever visited. Terrible lady doctor with no respect at all to their patient. Doctor is not ready to listen to patient's medical issue. Dont ever go to this place. When a customer wants to talk formally a complaint they are not attentive. You people are getting tax payers money.. Be responsible with your actions.

I find that the doctors here are always rushing you, and do not take their time to listen to Thier patients. They lack communication skills and show no empathy. I had come in after injuring my knee from a sports injury and without listening or doing a hands on assessment the doctor automatically filled out a prescription for naproxen which is not what I wanted. He then sent a requisition for the wrong knee to the lab. This is terrible as a doctor, you should be able to listen and care for your patients so you can treat them accordingly. I am very disappointed in the service here as the clinic should be under review.

Called to inquire how busy they are, as my daughter sprained her ankle. was for old 30 to 40 minute wait. Been waiting for over an hour just to be seen. We were put in to one of the furthest exam rooms possible. If you have the choice to use a different walk in. Go somewhere else

I am beyond frustrated with this clinic right now! It was my first time going in. I have a possible broken arm.I understand the long wait and the fact that it’s crowded. I arrived at 8:15 shortly after they opened and I saw a doctor a couple of hours later. He didn’t even introduce himself and spoke to me for a maximum of 30 seconds. I can also deal with that because he gave me a requisition for an x-ray right away which is in the same office.The x-ray office was fast courteous no complaints there. Then the doctor came out to the waiting room and spoke to me briefly. The doctor told me the radiologist would review my x-ray, and then he would call me back today with the results. I waited and waited and nothing.The clinic closes at 6 PM. I called around 5PM because I hadn’t heard from the doctor yet. I was told that the doctor had left for the day. And that the doctor would not be back until Sunday. I explained that I’m trying to find out if my arm is broken or not and the receptionist had no suggestions for me!!!Her only advice was to call the x-ray clinic and see if my x-ray was even sent to the radiologist. I did that and the x-ray Clinic assured me that the radiologist had already reviewed it and it was shared back with the clinic earlier.So I called back the clinic and I asked if I can be assigned to a different doctor, and they said yes. Why didn’t they tell me that in the first place!? They said I have to come back into the clinic to physically be there to see a new doctor. That doesn’t make sense just to get a result but sure I can go along with that as well.Again, it’s the end of the day it’s 520 at this point I’m getting ready to go back in and they tell me that I cannot come in today because they close at six and they’re already full of patients. Which is the most frustrating thing ever. I understand they’re not accepting new patients at the end of the day, but if I was already there and was waiting on results to find out if my arm is broken or not, they should be able to tell me that on the same day, when that’s a promise they made me.I highly recommend you do not go to the clinic. I should’ve just gone to the emergency room and saved myself the very real stress of not knowing if my arm is broken or not after an entire day of waiting.Their suggestion was for me to come back at 8 AM tomorrow morning when they open. Keep in mind I already waited for two hours this morning to see a doctor. But if I want the results of my x-ray, I have to go back in person for another two hours tomorrow morning and wait to see a different doctor. Unbelievable!!!
