Within a week I accepted a top dollar offer, within 2 weeks my house was sold. I contacted Karen based on reviews on YELP... to have market evaluations done on my properties as I needed unbiased opinions.. the evaluations I was happy with and the comps she found validated it. I choose to sell my house with a realtor who has worked with my family for years, I was so disappointed in everything the photos the write up and even found my house on Kijiji for a lower price with no viewings, I fired him and hired Karen my viewings increased and received a offer within 2 months... unfortunately this person pulled out just before possession so we had to put it back on the market in the middle of the crash last year, Karen never pushed for reductions continued to advertise tons of showings and the offers we did get she worked very hard to increase each low ball offer and stood our ground she supported my counters, my decisions and gave advice and guidance which I appreciated. We sold again and received asking price.The only issue was verbally conversating with Karen as she just has a baby so texting was more convenient but I at times prefer talking and with my schedule that was hard to actually catch her and not voice mail.

My wife and I can't thank Karen enough for all of her work in helping us purchase our dream home in Edmonton!
