Everytime I'm there the staff are quite helpful and ask me if I need help looking for anything first and foremost. Store is super clean despite how busy it is and I love the selection of merchandise.

My favorite place to buy clothes in saskatoon! The staff is very nice and helpful, the store is always clean, and is a very good shopping experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for some stylish clothes.

I used to love coming here. But now more recently, I DONT.I used to come in quite often…I see many different faces always, almost as if no one keeps a job here. It truly shows that any staff that is working, clearly doesn’t want to be there or attend to customers. The last few times I’ve been here, I’ve gotten a very unpleasant look along with just a “hi”, not very welcoming. as I’m shopping, I can hear staff gossiping which is extremely unprofessional. I don’t care to know anyone’s business nor do I think other customers do. I wish this place was how it was years ago… as the years go by it just becomes more depressing, this is why I choose to shop online. I wish I got the same service here as I do at Volcom, Bath & body works, sage, etc..

Terrible customer service today. I wanted to return sandals that were NOT USED and the lady wouldn't give me a refund. She said because the tag wasn't attached (but it was provided). She could have just reattached the price tag. She tells me I can have a credit or a exchange. I went looking around the store (which never once got any assistance or checked up on) and noticed that other pairs of sandals didn't have any price tags on them. So what was the difference .. the ones on the shelves didn't have a tag to show the price or the size. Once I use my store credit, I will not be going back there.

The staff at this location are a pleasure to deal with, Always very friendly and willing to help the second you walk into the location. Went Saturday to try find some shorts and was pleased with the selection :) Good job team!

It’s too bad I like this store but they never help you they just stand together and gossip at the counter together and never help you if you need help or change rooms. U hate your job go get some other one maybe

Would have loved to do some Christmas shopping however your employees are too busy texting on their Apple Watches to greet customers and answer questions even after waiting for them to be free.
