I had to take care of my senior cat there when he was feeling so bad and I was thinking I am losing him. They took care of him and did the tests and X-rays and gave him some medications that made him come back to life! Also by the follow-up medications he got his appetite back and got better. I’m really grateful for what they did! They also were very cooperative with the insurance company of my cat and I was able to claim the charges easily! Thank you so much for your effort and for saving my 13 year old cat

We relocated back to Windsor in 2020 and needed a vet for our 3 pets. They have been fantastic from the start. They treat you with kindness and dignity, never pushing things that are unnecessary. They give you all the options and recommendations and help you make the right decision.Their entire team is so friendly from front desk staff to the vet techs and veterinarians and any other staff members you meet along the way. They are also the only place who can handle my 11 year husky mix and her dramatics and antics regarding her nails being trimmed.We had to go on 2 weeks ago to have our sweet senior kitty checked out and ultimately put down, and everyone was so compassionate every step of the way. They truly made one of the hardest experiences in my life, just that little bit easier by being so caring. We received a beautiful card from the staff and some inked paw prints from our sweet girl this week. Truly can't say enough good things about the team at South Windsor Animal Hospital.If you are looking for a vet, this is the one!

I started going to this vet during Covid when no one else was taking pets for annual checkups. I have been coming here ever since. My senior cat became sick last week and the care she received here was amazing and lifesaving.

We sadly had to put our beautiful cat Katie down today. As any pet lover, you can imagine how hard that was. We had her for 15 years. She was absolutely an Amazing animal. We miss her very much already. Thank you so very very much to the Vet and staff here. They were very professional and understanding. They have very big hearts here. We could not ask for any better. This is such a phenomenal place. They are super nice, friendly and so very caring. They really make you feel confident in the care they are providing.

I always feel confident bringing my puppy here. He's never fearful and always very excited to see the techs. Everyone is helpful and patient with me over the phone - even if I'm just calling to ask about totally normal puppy things that I get anxious about. Dr.Chamandy has been incredible and answered all of our questions as well as helped guide us along the way. We couldn't ask for a better place to take our Winston!

Wr have been using SWAH for over a decade for our pets; everything from check-ups to emergency surgery and every time we have been treated very well. The staff is professional, well presented and very knowledgeable in their fields.Their facility is located in a heavily transited area so if you can, approach northbound but there has always been plenty if parking so no worries there. Overall, a great place for the care and love your pets need.
