Sherwood RV

Needed a taillight just as we were going to leave for an eight hour drive to the mountains. After a few calls, they were the only ones to have it in stock, and they even gave some advice when I installed it on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend

We had some roof maintenance done on our camper, here are pictures of what they did, we were told by another contractor that, in his opinion, this is substandard work. When I called to question the work, I was told they stand behind their techs, that we'd have to bring the camper back, we're getting someone else to fix it properly for us, so can't bring it back, very unsatisfied with our service, if you use this company (which i do not recommend, and according to many other reviews I've read on service here, no ones satisfied) I'd go up and check the work before you pay.

We had an incident with our trailer connector on our cross Canada trip. Sherwood RV fit us in first thing the next morning and replaced the cable. We were able to meet our tour reservation the following day without a problem.Thanks to everyone there.Joe and SandyOntario

What excellent service! We had some simple repairs and questions and the service team took time out of their busy schedule to deal with us. Very convenient dump and fresh water fill up. Good advice about local services.

Great and friendly customer service. They are always there to help you and answer any questions about your RV.

Nathan and Matt were absolutely great! Took care of our battery connection issue, installed a CO monitor, and caulked a leak in the roof..all in 45 minutes! And at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I rented the Adventurer RV from them this last week and it was amazing. We took it from Saskatoon to Jasper, down to Banff and then home. On pick up the staff was friendly and walked us through the unit and got us on our way with no problems. When I dropped it off the staff again was great to deal with and made the hand off hassle free. We had a great experience and would recommend using them to rent an RV to anyone. Thanks!!

I had an SGI claim for my camper that was close to $7000 in estimate by SGI insurance as someone broke in to it and stole, and damaged a bunch of stuff. I took my camper to Sherwood RV and I explained that SGI is paying for everything so please fix it properly. the main parts were replaced like the window ( but fail to clean the broken glass, I had to clean up later as my kids stepped in it as I assumed that they would vacuum that up ) kitchen tap and lights but everything else was just a really poor job for example cabinet doors just glued back together ( 6 months later the glue gave in and the door now is in two pieces) the stereo installed back the way it was ( not working ) table fixed instead of replacement and now I have a scratched table instead a new one. Parts that were supposed to be replaced, they just nailed/glued them back together and installed with flaws. The curtains installed back with missing parts to it and tares in them ( SGI calls for replacement and paid for them yet I'm getting same damaged parts) and not to mention that it took 6 months for them to fix it as they were busy and waiting for parts. They spent about $900 on the window and the tap/lights fixtures and cashed in the $6100.Would I ever go back to Sherwood RV for maintenance or repair? No way!I don't normally leave negative reviews about a busyness but this is not something someone else should go trough, and learn from my mistakes.

Updated:Great service personnel (I met the guy who worked in my unit after I purchased it in March 2022), polite staff, service pricing is fair, reselling pricing is high but I would rather buy from a trusted source. The reason for a lower rating is I told our sales agent I would purchase provided we can store it in their lot over 2022/2023 winter, he said that I would be acceptable and we made the $16,499 purchase. I just had my unit winterized, they did it in a day which was awesome, however, they reneged on their storage. I am undecided if I will go back to Sherwood RV for future services on my RV or look elsewhere at this time.As per your reply:Yes Sherwood RV was certainly misunderstood. The agreement was the upcoming (next) winter, 2022/2023, it was explicitly stated by Sales Rep Carl. Sherwood RV has now questioned my intelligence by implying I somehow ‘misunderstood’ the in person conversation I had with their sales representative moments before committing to a quid pro quo commitment. I still believe their service department is well managed and priced, the sales rep was friendly but the used trailers are over priced and they sold it to me with a bald and flat spare tire, 2 of the 4 tires in the trailer bald. Generally I think this is a good establishment, however i was lied to, and I am personally turned off and will find another RV dealer for the future.

Whoever answered the phone for rv service is the most arrogant condescending person I’ve talked to on the phone after asking a simple question. For someone whose job it is to help people he definitely sucks at it
