Now my favorite go too....can be hit and miss with how many toppings you get but when they are decent with them the pizza can't be beat and great prices

I ordered pick up and it was on time. But I ordered wings with the sauce on the side and didn’t notice until I was home that the sauce wasn’t included. There was also a hair in the wings.

I'm a first time customer here in Guelph and I must say I am thoroughly disappointed bigtime. My wedges were disgustingly burnt. I could barely eat 3 wedges!!!!! My pizza was supposed to have double pepperoni and I am not certain they managed to do this for me. Doesn't look like double pepperoni. I asked for extra sauce and I can barely taste any sauce. The pepperoni were even a little burnt as well unfortunately!I'm not happy at all. I don't ever complain about food delivery but I felt like it should be mentioned!I highly doubt I'd order again. Sad!

Pizza, this time was back to normal; they honored making it right.Always have loved the pizza here for its price, and wings are great!!UPDATE, after issues again. My wife got a deal so the guy on the phone said while I was at work, so 2-4 topping pizzas and garlic bread and wings. Now wings and bread are always good, pizza usually. But now she ordered just cheese on 1 pizza, and I believe a Canadian pizza.Now I get it that she didn't make use of the toppings, but there was almost no cheese on the cheese pizza. Like, give someone a break with how much they are paying and not even cheese normal amount on a cheese pizza. The other looked fine but my 4-year-old that only eats cheese pizza was incredibly upset. She kept saying it's just bread and didn't want to eat it.So sad to say, but we are no longer customers here as its the second time out of 3 lately,they used to be good, but someone new or something like that is making it unsatisfactory in even the smallest manner.Honestly, toppers or even pizzahut hut will do you right. But you pay for what you get now, especially..

Awesome pizza for a great price!Used to go to the Twice the Deal location in Burlington all the time before I moved to Guelph and it was my go-to. I've been to this one 3 or 4 times since I moved up here and it's just as good! I have yet to be disappointed in any way with this location and although i don't know his name, the guy that has answered the phone and checked me out each time I've gone in is an absolute lad, makes you feel like he'll move a mountain to get you the pizza you want.Worth noting that Twice the Deal is, after all, a budget pizza place so maybe it's not the gooiest most authentic mouthful of pizza you've ever had, but in my opinion it's perfect for getting on the way home from a day at work or even after barhopping with friends. If you're craving pizza, Twice the Deal will hook you up fast and cheap.

Normally very happy with our orders but very disappointed with our most recent order. We ordered pizza and wedges, and the pizza was as expected no issues, and delicious. But I couldn't figure out at first where the BURNT smell was coming from... until I opened up the wedges... They were not toasted, not slightly overcooked, they were burnt, but time burnt. I am really shocked and disappointed that this was delivered to us, and that they didn't correct this issue and re-cook the wedges. Poor customer service not to correct this...

Super friendly staff, I went to go get a slice for lunch. But when I was on my way out of the shop, a coworker told me they do Shawarma Pizza only on Fridays! HOLY if you like shawarma or pizza with any topping, GET THIS PIZZA fricken Phenomenal!!

Regularity get pizza however I won’t be anymore. Incredibly rude and racist woman working there during the days . Blasting her music in her headphones and doesn’t even acknowledge anyone. Denied me service.
