Our dog loves it here. He's been to daycare and boarding now, and while he's working on adapting to boarding I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating and caring. He's always happy to see them, and I've seen vast improvements in his post-pandemic socialization. The facility seems well cared for, we get regular follow ups on any concerns and the staff are always pleasant to work with.

Sold expired food and lied saying she told me and other client it was expired! Food ended up making my dog horribly sick and provided vet bills and still wouldn’t give a refund. 10 bags bought for this store and none of it is good. Doesn’t return emails and had to contact farmina

My puppy's behaviour improved dramatically when he started going to PupTown Waterloo! He is also happier. The staff is expert at managing and training dogs. They also have a trainer come in. We were in a bind when we had to go away without the puppy for a week. PupTown boarded him - no problems! This pic is the owner, Ellie, and my dog at the doggie Halloween party. See how much she loves him? Highly recommended!

We have done obedience training and daycare with Puptown. Can't say enough good things about the trainers and the daytime staff that care for our puppers and make them so happy they smile sleeping on the way home!

The team from Wag and Train happily regrouped and came onboard at PupTown. Unlimited daycare was arranged at PupTown and was provided to former Wag and Train clients throughout the summer of 2022 and classes were completed at another facility throughout 2021 following the devastating fire. Extensive efforts were made to reach the clientele and continue the care. We are grateful for the opportunities and the reunions were quite heart warming.

I just finished the puppy classes with my boy, Leon, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. As a first time dog owner, the trainers were so knowledgable and understanding, spending ample time after class answering my questions and assuaging my concerns. The free two days per week of daycare were instrumental in helping to socialize my puppy, and the ladies there were so accomodating with how small, shy, and fearful he was. They really went out of their way to integrate him and make him feel safe. It barely took a couple of days for him to come out of his shell!Leon and I thank you so much <3

I take my puppy, Darcy, here 2-3 times/week, and he loves it. He can't wait to run in when I drop him off in the morning, and he comes home tired and happy. Wag and Train provides excellent opportunities for puppy socialization, and their puppy class is the best I have ever attended. I highly recommend this place!

I love this place and Roscoe is sooooo excited when he goes to doggie daycare to see his 'friends'! Ellie and her staff are professional and love being with the dogs.Roscoe learned lots when he went to classes and socialized with lots of dogs, thank you Ellie and staff, we've got to visit more often!!
