Recently brought a toy. It says dirty, and when I get it, the toy is not working and the parts are broken, when I complain about the toy. U have to come check n bid before you buy. .. I would not suggest the business with them. No professionalism for the customer. They are predators to steal customer money

I cannot say enough good things about graham auctions. I always have a great experience picking up my wins, and the ladies in the office are amazing! They take such good care of me and everyone I see going in there. If you go here pop in the office and say hi and let them know how great they are! Thank you all so much for being wonderful humans!!

They have been relatively good to deal with. Sometimes long waits depending on the day you go (when they don't have full staff on, which is understandable) although I must say I've bought many things from the auction, but was definitely given wrong size shoes (which was specified otherwise) and heavily used items which was not specified or documented online while bidding. It is was it is, won't prevent me from future bidding.

Called ahead and asked if the item I was interested in was reserved as it did not say on the listing. I was told it was unreserved by the front office staff. Registered and waited, then bid item only to have it passed." Waste of time. I will not register with this auction outfit again. Lot 600-May 3/23"

Fake description. Toys will say new in a box" but when you pick it up they will hand you an open used item. Also bought an accent chair it also says new but Chair have a crack on the side and screws were on a zip lock(not in its original packaging which was found inside the box)

You can shop with confidence at Grahams Auction. Most everything has been tested, and should it not work or have a missing piece, these very accommodating folks will make it right and give store credit or a full refund without hassle. They are an established business for decades and can even remove your bid with only a phone call if you make an oops. No other auction measures up!

The place is filthy and there is no attempt to protect the merchandise. The picture might me okay but when you pick up it may be dirty and you have to push them hard to get a credit. They don't do refunds. I was told, It is a warehouse you know." I've seen lots of warehouses that are clean. Very disappointing."

I have purchased several items from this auction and the description have been very hit or miss. I purchased a new pair Airpods in an open box". The box had definitely been opened as there was very visible ear earwax in them and the case was very scratched. I also purchase an "new" outdoor rug that had a hole in it. Lastly I was unable to pick up another item for we weeks over the Christmas period after having a child and they had discarded it. Not overly terrible
