Took them 3 weeks to deliver a treadmill from the retailer in Toronto to us in Markham. It would have been faster for me to walk to the retailer, pick up the treadmill with a cart, and walk home. I would have gotten exercise too. Then on the delivery date they came late, I had to delay some appointments to accommodate their delivery window and they came late. Judging from the other reviews it looks like this subpar service is normal for them.

I was supposed to have my Samsung TV delivered today, but the delivery window passed but nothing. I called and left multiple messages for a call back, and still nothing. What is wrong these companies?EDITED from 1 star: The TV came about an hour later than the time range provided (12-4pm). I still didn't get any update until the delivery guys rang my doorbell.

Received a call from Cory Jesso that my delivery will be here in 10mins as time goes by no response to my texts nor return phone calls tried calling the company Mackie moving just got the run around and the ext # nobody picks up and mailbox is full!!! This is a joke took time off work for the waited delivery and booked a installer for Sunday!

We have waited at home for a drier delivery for over a month. 3 separate times we have waited all day with no call or delivery only to have to call Home Depot ourselves so have them reschedule for a week later. Today I waited on the phone for 20 minutes just to be sent to voicemail. Do not order from Home Depot or any company that outsources services to them. Worst company I have ever dealt with.EDIT: They've replied to the review but STILL haven't contacted me or returned any calls. I could give my order number if someone would actually speak to me.I'll be calling Home Depot and filing every complaint I can about them using this awful service. They should not be using this company, and nobody should order from them as long as they do.

In December of 2020, I placed an order with Home Depot for purchase, delivery, and stacking for a washer and dryer. I also purchased haul-away service for my old units.In January, a 2 person team from Mackie show up with my unitized washer/dryer appliance and inform me that it is too big to bring to the second floor with a 2 person team. They (the Mackie delivery team) tell me that they will place a work order for a 4 person team to deliver the unit, and that I should leave the new unit in my home until they arrive.A full week goes by and I receive no phone call or email from Mackie. Finally I reach out and it seems that the work order was not placed. Okay, I request a 4 person team show up. 1 week later another 2 person team shows up and they say it cannot be done. Also, they will not take my brand new units with them as they do not have the paper work. I call Mackie and Home Depot again to coordinate a refund and to haul away the washer/dryer that's too big. I purchase 2 new (and more expensive) appliances that are smaller and can fit up the stairs. By now it is February, and the appliances will not arrive until early March.When the washer and dryer finally arrive in April, the delivery team come into my home to assess the haul away service. The delivery person takes one look at my stacked washer/dryer and walks out the door saying that I was not prepared, that I do not respect them, that you people never respect us" (I am a visible minority). I am both flabbergasted

Ordered a washer from home depot, and was told it will be delivered Saturday between 10 and 2. At 2:30 it didn't arrive, so I called in and was told there are only 3 more orders before me so just wait and they'll be there in within an hour. A couple of hours later no one shows up, so I called again and was told it will be later at night, so wait until 9pm. I stayed home and they still didn't show up. I called, was told it will be Tuesday. I waited home on Tuesday, they still didn't show up. I gave up and cancelled my order.I'm buying the same washer from another store that doesn't use the Mackie Group for delivery. It's one thing to be running behind, it's another to keep promising delivery windows and then not showing up and giving any notice or explanation of what happened.

They never deliver on time!! NEVER!!!! They called couple days ago and double confirm the deliver time. They told me the deliver window will be between 12 to 4 pm. I WAIT AT HOME for the delivery and NOBODY shows up!!! I call home depot and they told me the delivery got cancelled and I got NO notice about it!! If you cannot deliver on time, you schedule the deliver for what?!??! for fun??? And home depot said sorry they cancelled the delivery and it is not your fault..." I was like "what are you talking about??? it is of course not my fault!! WAKE UP!!"I would give minus star if I can :)SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE."

My delivery was cancelled due to the snow storm which I completely understand. The driver called me and told me they had to cancel due to weather and asked when I would be available next. I told him the next day. He told me someone would be in touch with me to reschedule. I then had to call the next day to find out they were not doing large deliveries until 5 days later. I was left without a stove or fridge for 5 days because they request the old appliances be outside of the home for pickup and I was unable to bring them back in while covered in snow.Then when they delivered my new appliances they did not take my old fridge and told me they would send another truck for it. Another truck never came and I had to call another service to pickup my old fridge as no one was picking up when I called Mackie.If you only do deliveries over 400lbs combined on specific days and bad weather voids one of those days I don't get why they don't call in a crew or offer overtime so the deliveries can continue the next day.Instead they just cancel your delivery and push you to the back of the schedule line.

Bought a Whirlpool fridge and said delivery will be on Dec 29. No window or timeframe was given...I waited all day and no one shows up and also no one was apparently answering calls that day...called all day today and again no one answers calls at all and everything just goes to their voicemail that says they will get back to you in 2 hours which they don't. Still have no idea what's going on with my order. This place should be shut down permanently!

Used Mackie for our cross-country move. The estimator was incorrect and we required a second truck. It took over a month to receive all our items from the original date. We received very little communication about delivery dates and almost NO advance notice so that we could arrange our own schedules to accommodate. Our consultant did try and work with us until the items were delivered but since has been MIA. Several items were missing/damaged which happens, fine. But we filled out the claim form, submitted pictures and followed ALL of the company's processes and have been waiting over a month for someone to follow up with us on our claim - no one replies to repeated messages. They have all our money and appear perfectly content to not remedy their errors. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We have been left without a dining room table (they lost the legs for it!), with several damaged book cases and NO recourse. Terrible service and follow up. Especially after they have all your money
