Willie is an amazing mortage broker. He really puts the hard work into getting you the best deal. He is also super accommodating. My wife and I just bought a house with her parents. Her father is not technology inclined and sent everything by fax. Willie ran off to staples to get this fax. I cannot recommend Willie enough, he answered all my questions and left me very confident about the answers.

I have been dealing with Willie to secure a mortgage on a new condo I purchased in Calgary. As I am living in Nova Scotia, it is not always so easy as if I were living in Calgary already. Willie has been super helpful with his advice, has saved me at least a full percentage point on the secured mortgage rate compared to most financial institution rates, is very quick to respond to email communications, and is super thorough to make sure nothing is missing. He has been the consummate professional throughout the entire process. I would most definitely recommend Willie for your Mortgage broker should you be searching.
