I took my new truck for cert and it returned with damage spoke with owner and was advised to get an estimate to repair damge after estimate was sent to owner he back peddled and said damage was not done at his shop what poor customer service I will be sure to tell anyone that asks not to use their services .

I can’t say enough good stuff about this business. I had all but given up on my truck, with all the business closed, in this pandemic. I heard from a friend that No. 1 Auto Inc. had a good reputation for being honest. They found the problem I had within minutes, and fixed it just as fast. I can’t wait to meet everyone there, after the pandemic is behind us.I wish all businesses were like this!

I have taken my car here since moving to Thornbury. They only do the required work. Yesterday, it was in for oil change and brakes. They just serviced the brakes and didn’t replace. In Toronto, the brakes would have been replaced. Only the required work is done and the price is reasonable.
