if you come here don’t buy iced Capps the worker named Ethan white guy with long hair literally always makes my iced Capps under $3.50 for a medium more like I paid for a small. never going here for iced Capps again. I told him to fill it up and he said he’d refund me and charge for a small and never did. definitely lost a customer

The absolute worst Tim hortons I have ever gone to in my life. This is not an exaggeration. It’s the closest Tim hortons to my work so I do go occasionally. I’ve gone maybe 10 times in 6 months. The staff are rude. They often Misunderstand your order, then when you go to politely correct they get snippy with you. The full time older lady is the worst for it. As well, on top of that, the orders are wrong every single time. In the 10 times I’ve gone, 8 of them have been wrong orders. I ordered 2 sausage farmers wraps. I received 2 bacon farmers wraps. As well, they gave me the wrong muffin for my side. I love Tim hortons, however this place is genuinely the worst I’ve gone to.

Just went through the Drive Thru 110 Silvercreek Parkway in Guelph this morning on my way home. Picked up two coffees and a donut and bagel. The bagel was a joke, obviously no one cared when trying to piece together a bagel. A very messy result. Ordered two coffees on medium regular and one medium black. They were definitely not the Tim Horton standard we are used to. Very disappointed

They forgot to put one of my orders in the bag and the guy I spoke to blamed the uber driver, then he keeps telling me I didn't order from them but clearly says in the receipt It's their address. super rude staff.

As a walk-in only Timmies, this one has the fastest service in Guelph. They have never made a mistake on my order and are always nice to the customers. The company I work for comes here daily and they've always treated us well! Highly recommended!
