NIb3

I came to NIB3 just under two years ago after suffering from the umbrella term (fibromyalgia) for roughly 15 years, I had suffered from extensive full body chronic pain , anxiety and depression issues that had basically grinded my life to a halt. After discovering NIB3 and the amazing team that is there they came to a conclusion that my suffering was neurological in nature and by working together with them I now live pain free, depression free and almost completely anxiety free, they even treated my sleep issues! If you're dealing with anything along those lines or any of the other wide range of conditions they treat I STRONGLY advise you check them out. Its non-invasive, there is no danger to their treatment and they are knowledgable, professional and I myself have already recommended others to them and they as well have seen fantastic results, It's absolutely worth it.I thought I would suffer the rest of my life and instead they gave me my life back.

My thanks to Dr. Shai, Dina and Kalee for their help with my jaw clenching and related headaches. Neurofeedback was successful in eliminating these problems and there were bonus benefits in other areas. I have already recommended Nib3 to a number of friends. I would happily do the same for anyone suffering from issues to do with the brain that don’t seem resolvable with conventional medical care.I approached Neurofeedback with healthy skepticism, but there are no real conventional solutions for jaw clenching, and after seeing a positive mention by the Mayo clinic I decided to try it. Dr. Shai and the team are careful about what they promise – it is difficult to predict with certainty the level of relief to be had and the amount of sessions it will take. In my case, it took longer and therefore cost more than estimated. That said, I did experience complete relief of my symptoms plus unexpected and much appreciated benefits in my sleep quality, ability to focus, and digestion.After several months of treatment, and achieving full relief of my symptoms, I elected to stop treatment for the summer. This was with the team’s support, in spite of them advising me that the feedback data suggested I had not quite achieved the level of improvement required to sustain the positive changes. I am now noticing slippage in terms of sleep quality and focus, and very occasional headaches. I plan to go back to treatment in the fall with the objective of sticking with it until we achieve our targets.Again, my thanks to the team at Nib3. Neurofeedback has been an effective, non-invasive solution for me, and deserves more serious attention as a treatment tool.

I can't recommend this clinic enough and can't even begin to thank the amazing NIB3 staff for their care and dedication. After dealing with very unexpected grief and PTSD, I decided to give this a chance. I didn't realize that dealing with depression, insomnia and difficulty to focus and find motivation was something that could be treated and trained to improve my quality of life. In this unassuming clinic in a quiet plaza set back a little from Finch Avenue, a well-organized, highly-educated, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, thorough and courageous staff diligently work away at the complicated task of handing people like me our lives back! I cannot overstate the changes that have taken place in my brain and my life since I started treatment sessions at NIb3 in early August; I earnestly hope that this review speaks my truth loudly enough to anyone reading it and that they will recognize how vital the technologies and treatments, learning and conversation, kindness and expertise, and reassurance and guidance during my experiences at NIb3 have been in improving my quality of life. Despite searching for help for 22 years and trying EVERYTHING to alleviate the symptoms and suffering of anxiety and depression--the list of treatments I tried is truly exhaustive--ONLY my work with NIb3 has allowed true healing and lasting gains in my brain function, emotional well-being, prioritizing and organizational skills, sports performance and authentic enjoyment of life. I was severely plagued with depression following the birth of my third child in 2010 and had been searching high and low for something to help me overcome the devastating brain exhaustion and limitations I would barely wade through for 4 months each year, losing almost all of my motivation, creativity, planning abilities, organizational skills, decision-making and resiliency skills, and basically barely existing and surviving through each episode. For the past 10+ years, no matter how well I ate, how much I exercised, how diligently I took my medication, and how supportive my family, friends and co-workers were, I would start to feel the darkness closing in on me in early November, the panic about impending, devastating depression, the setting in of brain fatigue, the blunting of the sharpened executive functions of my brain that were enjoyed in the spring and summer. Currently, however, in November 2022, I feel excited about life's potential, I am thriving at work, home and play, I have a lot of plans and projects on the go--and best of all, all of this feels natural and effortless. After decades of struggling, I am fully engaged in life without a months-long cruel interruption to create chaos and personal crisis. My ability to perform in my roles as mother, employee, spouse, friend, athlete, musician, teammate, sister and daughter have been astonishingly enhanced. I came to know NIB3 about 6 moths ago . I came with a lot of problems ,-heart palpitation , anxiety and panic attacks . It has been about 5 moths of training and I am free from all of my problems . Last Year I brought my grandson to this amazing clinic . I have to say my grandson has ASD and he was 5 years of age at the time I brought him there . From than to now what a difference. My grandson was not responding to his name, commands, directions , did not have an eye contact and did not use washroom on his own was wearing diapers and did not speak a word . Now he knows all the alphabet , he has clear eye contact , follows directions and commands , uses washroom on his own and started to speak . I must say that all the staff is knowledgeable and caring, without them My grandson would be still the same if nor worse . The Nib3 team is knowledgeable, friendly, understanding and invested in each patient. I have many chronic conditions which were 'impossible' to treat.
