Pizza Factory Coquitlam
Very low quality. I talked to manager to let him know that pizza was very salty but he was very rude and hang on me .i told him that i know should report it before 48 hours but i tried to do through the uber first but as there is no phone number and takes long to response to my message. Therefore i call him late.He must be respectful to the customers. I don’t recommend at all.

Having a great experience with the pizza factory. The staff was very good and made my day. I recommend the butter chicken pizza to everyone who is coming here. The staff is very polite you will like the place after visiting.

I love this place, the food is good, they make a great pizza and the prices are affordable. What I love the most about Pizza Factory! is the way they treat me. The service is amazing, the staff is always friendly and helpful. There's a gentleman I see there from time to time, and I assume that's he's the owner, and he's a good guy.This is a place I'm happy to support and tell others about.Keep up the good work.Tony

I ordered vegetarian pizza. It was good. Very nice and it’s quick. They have Indian style pizza with cilantro and ginger and that’s awesome.

Pizza Factory Coquitlam
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with red onion and received with salami with white onion. When I called she said that's their pepperoni. It was also under the cheese not crispy on top like a usual pepperoni. When I mentioned The Onion she didn't seem to even acknowledge it. Otherwise it was cooked on time and properly. I'm basically just annoyed with the whole topping situation. They didn't seem to care about my complaint. I am typically a fan of Pizza Factory.

i’m very picky with pizza and have a hard time finding good spots. this place is a 5 minute walk from my house and never had any problems. the employees are very kind and efficient, even over the phone, they’re very polite and professional.the pizza itself is delicious and i can’t stop ordering from here.i’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes.the pricing is awesome, you don’t see that very often. 10.50$ for a medium pizza. if you go to a large corporate pizza place their mediums are 15$+. i’ll be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Delicious pizza and great service. We’ve ordered pizza here for about 3 years and it never disappoints! Unlike other places, these guys don’t skimp on toppings, they always use fresh ingredients and the food is cooked to perfection. And unlike chain restaurants, I like that this place has a neighbourhood feel and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend you order from them!

Had a great experience!I casually went with my friend and found out my go-to place, the pizza was very delicious and we had a great time chatting with the staff too. The receptionist/cashier Talwinder kaur was really nice to me and i had a lovely conversation with her. She was really polite and made my day. The food is fresh and tasty here. Had the best pizza. I recommend this place for anyone who likes pizzas.
