When I need help, Unica Insurance has their operator David came to my place at the earliest time. He investigated in my home carefully and gave me the very detailed instructions. Afterwards he answered all my questions and helped me a lot during the claim process. Unica Insurance is trustworthy.

Nicholas was a true professional keeping us in the loop and answering all our question in a timely matter. The only part that was a bit hard to take was the amount of the settlement as , I had a perfectly working car that was certified and the cost to find something comparably that was certified cost me extra money out of my pocket, especially as this was a totally not at fault accident.Other than that it was a good experiece.Regards,

David was amazing, he had lots of patience to help me navigate my claim and frustration that I had to pay my deductible although I didn’t do anything wrong (the water damage was caused by the owner 6 stories above me). David processed my claim swiftly and efficiently. Great customer service!!

They don't even deserve 1 star. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER! If you're looking to have any issues resolved with this company, forget about it. They will tell you there's nothing they can do to help you and pretty much leave you stranded. Forget about speaking to management as there's nothing they could do either. What is the point of having managers if they have no authority to help either? It's been almost 5 months trying to have the insurance claim resolved and they keep telling me there's nothing we can do". I have never had such an awful experience with an insurance company before."
