Very dissatisfied. Never received Dimond band purchased in November through Sam's club. since that time i have been given the run around, Delmar blames the post office and post office said that if item was not insured or signature required they cant prove delivery. i am now told i have to get police report against post office!!!

They do excellent work. If you want to customize a piece of jewelry, Frank and his team do a wonderful job and they want to make sure your completely satisfied. It might be just a watch band or battery or a $10,000 ring they are making for you, They go the extra step to please their customers.
