I recently visited White Spot with my son and our experience was a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. My son ordered the half ribs and fried chicken, and he found it to be quite good. However, when it came to the two piece fish and chips, our excitement quickly faded. While one piece was of adequate size, the second piece resembled more of a chicken strip in terms of portion.When it came time for dessert, I was particularly let down. Having been a loyal customer of White Spot for over 15 years, I have always enjoyed their delicious Apple pie. However, on this occasion, I was dismayed to find out that they now serve microwaved apple pie. It's disheartening to see White Spot lower their standards and believe that such a subpar dessert is acceptable.To add to my disappointment, when I voiced my concerns to the manager on duty, Sunit, he simply brushed it off by mentioning that it's their standard protocol. This lack of customer care and unwillingness to address my concerns left a sour taste in my mouth.I hope that White Spot takes this feedback into consideration and works towards restoring the quality and standards that they were once known for. Until then, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend their food and service.

Slow service and so-so food taste overall. The hash browns (smashed potatoes) were not seasoned well, unlike last time (a reason we were back today)...sad! My veggie burger wasn’t tasty either, but the Spot salad was awesome.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a wonderful restaurant and I must say, it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from the friendly staff, and the inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes that were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and bursting with freshness. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the plating, as each dish looked like a work of art.The service was impeccable throughout the meal, with the staff anticipating my every need without being intrusive. The waitstaff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations on both food and wine.The ambiance of the restaurant was simply enchanting. The lighting was just right, the decor was tasteful and elegant, and the music was the perfect background to a lovely evening.Overall, I can say with confidence that this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy another meal at this outstanding restaurant.

I grew up eating White Spot. But the last 3 times I've been to one (different locations), the food has not lived up to what we had in the past. Today the fries were slightly underdone, the burger patties had no flavor and the salad was slightly wilted. That said, service was pretty good, the place is clean, and it has an upscale atmosphere.

Went here on the weekend for lunch. We ordered the Monty Mushroom Burger and Louisiana Fried Chicken Burger. The Monty Mushroom burger was pretty good and they catered to our request to have the mushrooms on the side and extra Triple O sauce. As for the Louisiana Chicken burger I was not very impressed. The chicken was over cooked and did not fill the bun. In addition the burger was too sweet in taste for my liking (but that’s a personal opinion). But at the end of the day, decent meal especially with the bottomless fries.

Bought my bestfriend here, as she just flew in from Ukraine and had never had white spot. It's a childhood restaurant of mine, so we had to go. This location had probably the best burger I've had at any white spot location. I actually commented to the owner, that it's was the juiciest one I've had yet.... we ordered another lol.

What's consistent about this location is their service is poor - the front desk often has no one there, getting what you ordered is highly unlikely and even less likely is the accuracy of the wait time they provide to you (safely double what they tell you on the phone). Coming back to the office without an item for a colleague, apparently the item was never even entered in the order, was our last straw. Won't be returning.*White Spot: no need to ask us to email you for a manager to follow-up, he's also consistently providing poor service so a look at the top may be worth your while.
