Pacific rim dental is a exceptional dentist office the staff are friendly and very helpful. The dentist is exceptional with her patients and really takes pride in her work. I was very happy with my visit they went above and beyond. I would recommend this dental office. Don’t miss out they are great.

For someone that has a fear of dentists and a high anxiety over the needles and drills I have to say this was a very positive appointment. I had some major work to be done and it sent so smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They worked with me so that I didn’t feel embarrassed because of my fears. Everything was explained very clearly and I was told repeatedly that we could stop at any time if I needed a break. I was booked for a 3.5 hour appointment but we were complete in 2.5 hours. I am so excited for the next steps in my treatment and my end results that I am positive will be excellent.

I needed a new dentist after moving to Victoria. Found this one purely by walking by. The staff are friendly, organized, and communicate clearly about services and billing, and the dentist and hygienists are professional and made me feel comfortable throughout all procedures. To be honest I've never felt this at ease about visiting the dentist so I'd definitely recommend this practice!

Dr Nadolski asked me to delete my review but I thought maybe it should be more transparent. - I came to him seeking care, needing a lot of work done and having a lot of anxiety. I do not feel like I was very well taken care of at this clinic. I explained to Tony how much pain I was in, experiencing pain throughout my jaw line into my eye socket and ear. He was very dismissive of these concerns and not patient in taking time to listen. I had to play phone-tag for 4 days to receive an antibiotic prescription that he refused to write while in person after telling me to call the clinic if things got worse. When I mentioned this to him he brushed it off and his assistant Jennifer laughed it off and said she was just going by what I had told her. I would have never told her Save On, I do not patronize save on. I had questions for Nadolski in an attempt to better my dental health such as types of tooth paste he could suggest, he visibly rolled his eyes and told me to shop around until I found one I like. I ended up continuing treatment at this clinic only because I was feeling stuck and in need of help. Unfortunately Nadolski is one of the few dentists with hospital privilege and I felt like I had no other option to receive care urgently. Now that the work has been done, I am unhappy with the outcome. I feel like Nadolski permanently altered the surface of my front teeth for the worse and when he tried to fix it, he made the bottom edge more crooked than when he started. He asked how I was doing, and I told him I have been very depressed and feeling very poorly about my teeth. His response was okay." I sincerely would not recommend this clinic to anyone who has the capability of seeking care elsewhere."

Dr. Nadolski and his assistant Jennifer are very professional and at the same time congenially able to develop a rapport that put this nervous patient at ease. The skill and experience of both were very reassuring and as such, warrant my high recommendation. Overall, I was very satisfied! I especially appreciated being able to book appointments for oral surgery without having to go through a third party for the referral. Thank you all at downtown Pacific Rim Dental Clinic for your care and the pain-free success with my multiple extractions, oral surgery and fillings.

I would not recommend Dr Nadolski. I came to him in need of care and left feeling like trash. He is very impatient and uncompassionate, I would not recommend his services for those with anxiety.

Everyone is so friendly from reception to dentist. Up to date equipment. A great experience

Edit: My fillings did not last well. Right off the bat, there was a filling that had a rough edge between my teeth and broke my floss. Then I noticed a lot of sensitivity around the treated areas and thought it would go away. It hasn't. I've had it looked at by another dental office, and they say the fillings were rushed and not properly smoothed and treated. I'm not saying this is a bad dental office, but I'm not willing to take chances with my teeth.High recommend this dental office if you're looking for a new dentist. Everything from scheduling, going over benefit coverage, the initial exam, and getting the fillings was smooth and comfortable. Everyone is so kind and accommodating! I'm definitely going here for all my future luxury bone needs.

I walked in and was greeted with smiles and super friendly vibes! I waited for less then a minute and was brought to the room where they started right away. I was nervous about the fillings but it went smoothly and they kept me calm!! I highly recommend!
