SupplyAll Trim and Doors

Called the business and got a lady who had no clue about what was in stock. I do not recommend this place. When i asked about what prices would be like for a standard sized door to use for a bathroom she rudely said i would have to look in person and that she has no clue and that there is no such thing as a standard sized door. With her tone of voice it made me feel very offended and upset.

The prices were fair and most of their products were good quality. We noticed a few problems after we recieved the product. We ordered 8 doors, 20+ baseboards and 20+ casing boards.Casing: Unfortunately we ordered a few casings boards short and ordered a few more, we noticed the new ones were thinner and slightly lower quality. They only offered to replaced ones that we had already cut and said the replaced product wouldn't be primed.Doors: We really liked the look of their doors. We didn't have any issues with the doors themselves. We also ordered beading for the doors but the beading was very poorly applied. We had to cover the nail holes and caulk them ourselves to make them look better.Door Jam Kit: We ordered the door Jam kits for all the doors. After we hung the doors we realized that they misaligned them in their machine which made the hinges not line up properly. They did admit fault and come fix them however we had to remove the doors we already hung to do this fix.Baseboards: Great product, no issues!

As a contractor I'm always looking for that special place where pricing, service and accountability merge into one. This is it. Has to be my all time favorite place to go of all the suppliers I have. Rob, Tammy and Donna all make it a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Interior doors, trim, exterior doors, windows and oddball requests. Can't forget John in the back. Great to bounce ideas off of and pick up tips on woodworking. If you haven't stepped in to find your next new door or style of trim, do it!

Walked in and had to wait until the attendant felt ready to serve me. Was told over the phone they had my order in stock. Drove down only to be told sorry they’re not in stock. This is from the same person who said it was in. This happened twice. I would assume that someone who has worked there for a while would know to check stock first.

Can't say enough good words about Supply-All. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful. Exceptional customer service and Unbeatable prices. Can't ask for moreI am an avid DIYer. Been back for multiple projects including baseboards and accents walls (See pictures). All would have been way more expensive in other places. But more importantly, there is a personal touch/experience here.Please do NOT go to big hardware stores. Highly recommend you check out Supply-All

Outstanding, Remarkable, One of a Kind business. I can’t say enough Great things about Supply All Trim and Doors….from the start with Rob assisting me to pick out trim, his advise was bang on and I’m glad I listened to him. Their price compared to the box stores is very significant. I did my entire house over with new trim and even went to them for the subfloor cause they were $3 cheaper a sheet. They offer FREE , unheard of , delivery. To top that off they even came back to pick up unused material for FREE and credit me . Like I said One of a Kind….why shop the big box stores or even other local lumber places that charge $80 for delivery, when you save all round with a local business like this. BRAVO to your team.

I just want to say THANK YOU to Donna at Supply All for her incredible customer service. She is extremely experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. I have done a few renovations and Donna helped me pick the right doors, casings, trim and shoe mould for my house. When I changed my mind several times, she was patient and never made me feel that I was inconveniencing them, which I know I did! I work in customer service and this is the best I have received in a very long time. Thank you, 5 stars and will definitely be using them in the future.

I had the pleasure of meeting Donna and Tammy last Friday when picking up an order from Supply-All. Both ladies were fantastic, helpful, quick, kind and extremely professional something that is hard to come across these days. They had my order ready and waiting for me by the time I arrived. Great day today attending a place where someone still cares about the customer. Treated so kindly from start to finish. The lady that took care me.....sorry didnt get your name......the knowledge and direction that she gave me was second to none....I am now educated on trim, crown mouldings and casing.......looking forward to getting it delivered and put it up so i can show you the finished product.....thanks for taking the guess work out and giving me a very pleasant experience. .....cheers to you

Best place to go for trim and doors. They are the next big thing in town for custom fit doors and more. Visit their showroom. You will not be disappointed.
