The whole process was a pleasure, from start to finish Mike was helpful and open to ideas!Upon receiving our furniture we were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of everything. Asked for a simple cutting board and Mike went above and beyond. Great customer service and flexibility - checking in with the colour and engraving decisions. The final product looked better than I imagined and the quality is great! Will definitely come back with more/bigger projects in the future.

Highland Woodcraft recently built a hall table for me and the piece is exquisite. Beautifully built, well crafted and timeless. Mike listened to what I wanted, matched it to the style of my house and my own personal style. The turnaround was quick and dealing with Mike was a breeze!

We had the best experience working with Mike and Kristen on our kitchen shelving. The shelves turned out amazing...from the quality, the thickness, the overall look and the colour of the stain, to the installation..all of it turned out just perfect, better than we could ever imagine. Mike's attention to detail and care with the install, and Kristen's communication throughout the process was the very best. Highly recommend, and can't wait for the next project!

We worked with Mike and Highland Woodcraft to complete our dining room table, the center piece of our dining room/living room renovation project, and I can't stress enough how thrilled I am with the result and the process overall! We were able to customize every aspect of the piece which was the most exciting part, as the customized features we selected not only enhanced the aesthetics of the piece but made it extremely functional for our space. We had a couple of unique challenges to work with on this project, including existing cabinetry which we wanted the table to compliment as well as a long somewhat skinny room, however we have a growing family and wanted the table to be large enough to fit the whole crew. Mike came up with initial design plans, complete with recommendations, but was flexible and able to incorporate our suggestions into the process. He then went to work, creating the highest quality piece of furniture I have in my home. The table is fantastic in every way - the colour, the wood grain, the quality and durability, the feel, and the function, as it extends with a leaf insert to over 10' long but is easily collapsible for everyday use when guests are not over. The craftsmanship truly sets Highland Woodcraft apart, as my two children have already put the table to the test in terms of crafts, meals and everything in between, and the table easily wipes down and looks brand new. Thanks Mike and the team at Highland Woodcraft for completing our renovation with this incredible piece and giving us a conversation starter for many years of entertaining ahead!

Just love the work Mike and Kristen do. If your looking for custom wood and live edge products, ie...cutting boards, mirrors, wall clocks, wine racks or just something you cant find anywhere else. This is the place to go, they will do it all in your style and design beautifully or from their showroom, we just purchased a custom live edge mirror and absolutely love it..love the fact that they source all their materials locally. I ordered a custom engraved serving board from Highland Woodcraft for a friend's wedding gift. I wanted to personalize it, but I wasn't sure where to start. I didn’t give Kristen much information to work with but lone-behold, she came up with a really sweet idea to add a lighthouse to the board where the couple got engaged along with their name on the board, and they absolutely loved it! I was so happy with the detail and thought that went into this gift. The board was finished beautifully and has held up really well. Thanks, Mike & Kristen!!

Stunning work and outstanding customer service! I ordered a custom board as a gift, and Kristen was super communicative and helped me understand my options to choose the right wood. The finished board is gorgeous, exactly what I was looking for, and was even ready ahead of schedule. Really amazing work, I'd highly recommend Highland!!
