Amazing service and great attention to detail. My boots look better than they ever have. Napoleon was very upfront about what he could and could not do with my boots, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be bringing all of my leather goods to Napoleon’s!

I walked into the store to see what could be done with three pairs of shoes that I was hoping to restore. The owner was with another customer. He was extremely rude, as if my presence was an inconvenience. I immediately walked out. I will take my business to a different shop.

Napoleon did an amazing job cleaning and polishing a pair of boots. They were so stained and dirty and he was able to bring them back to life. He was very responsive and kept me updated on the progress of the work.I’m very happy with how they turned out and will definitely be going to him again.Thank you Napoleon!

I brought in Red Wing boots that had been sitting in a garage in Alaska for over a decade (and I suspect may have been inhabited by rodents). Napoleon did a phenomenal job of bringing them back to life. He also re-glued the soles of a pair of sneakers. He is extremely professional, responsive, and friendly, plus with a convenient location and reasonable prices it's a winning combination. I highly recommend!

Brought in a purse for a zipper repair, and Napoleon made it look brand new! Excellent work all the way around. He also showed me some of the other items he's working on for other customers, and everything looks beautifully done.

Napoleon's Shoe Shine did a phenomenal job on my shoes! I ordered some custom dress shoes online and they showed me the picture of the gorgeous and well detailed burgundy wingtips (in picture with shoe tree). I was really excited and hoped they accidentally would include the belt from the image because... well, I can dream!After talking to the cobbler, who made my shoes (not here to shade their business but really honor this business), they assured me that I'll love every detail in the shoes. I waited every day hoping the package would come early until, one day...it happened!!! I unboxed them and what I received was not the picture I saw online (cue all the memes)!! It was the shoe with the blur efx picture... Big womp! Color was off, not a good blend or finish of the dye, not really reduced at all. I was more than disappointed. I brought these shoes to Napoleon's and damn near cried. The owner, who now I swear is first cousin's with Jesus, told me that he could try to salvage them.After a couple of weeks and a healing retreat, I get a call that they are finished (see black shoes!!) I was ready to throw those shoes away and now I want to wear them everyday!He turned my shoes to something I really cherish. Not only that, he added a grip sole and grooves to them so that I have improved traction (see last picture). Then he added the wax laces for a good finish.I can't wait to wear these again and again and see what happens next in them! I'm glad I gave Napoleon's a chance, not only will I write them a great and honest review, I will give them more of my business and refer them to others I know. Support small businesses.
