Paul is amazing. I booked him to come clean the chimney in my new basement apartment. First he inspected the outside and immediately pointed out the rust and discolouration from over heating. He said it's unsafe to use, the whole thing needs replacing. He didn't charge me for his time even though I offered. If I owned the house I would 100% have him back in future. 10/10 would recomend.
