I had already bought a new phone and needed to switch my SIM card over, but lost the little pin I needed to eject it. I went to the Koodo kiosk and was immediately greeted by Fatima, who listened to my tragic tale, grabbed a pin, popped out the SIM card and speedily switched it over with style and grace. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. Thanks, Fatima! A+

Excellent experience today! Safwan and Fatima were very patient and informative. They made sure my mom was all set up before we left. They're were some technical difficulties along the way, but both showed grace and patience while coming up with solutions. Thank you both!

We just had the best experience ever with Fatima and Rahim at Koodo St. Laurent! They were super knowledgeable and informative and made sure I fully understood everything. I went in to change my phone plan with no idea how to do that, Rahim and Fatima took their time to explain and go over everything so I could understand. They were great and definitely appreciated all the work they put in to help me get the best plan for me.
