Building is good, concierge service is decent. The A/C is down in scorching heat and not fixed soon, two years in a row.

Management staff are good, they try their best and enforce the rules. There are alot of tenants in the building and some are very ignorant. The new Security/Concierge staff are polite.

Rudest security guards and the worst management you can possibly find! We were publicly humiliated by Masud Khan (one of the security guards) when we accidentally forgot our key once. Management is incompetent and completely useless.

Terrible management, Kapoor the site administrator is useless. Mass exodus happening by tenants, take this as a warning. It's not worth renting here when your AC is off for two weeks in the summer and people are hammering and drilling all day every day.Staff is the only good thing about this place. Hope they move on to better things.

Incompetent management office and unfair treatment towards certain tenants. The concierge is rude, and terrible neighbors live here. The building is old and has construction flaws. You can hear voices from upstairs' unit and your downstairs' neighbor can hear yours.
