Babak is one of the best trainers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Great combo of both knowledge and experience and he is also very motivating. He takes the time to create personalized step by step plans for you and also explains the why behind them.

Bobby and Leila are an absolute powerhouse tandem. Literally couldn’t name a more iconic duo. After just a few sessions training with Bobby, I already felt fully part of the Owen Performance family. I’ve trained at many different flashy gyms with many different influencer-type trainers, and I never felt more motivated to come to the gym and work my hardest than here. Bobby gave me every opportunity to push myself and achieve my goals. Owen Performance focuses on building relationships with each client and athlete, which makes for a rare culture in a largely money-grab industry. They’re just built different.

I love this gym! I finally found a place where I feel comfortable working out. The staff is amazing, always smiling and they are very knowledgeable. It is a spacious gym, very clean and a lot of machines.

Fantastic trainer. Babak is very knowledgeable and is constantly making corrections. My daughter also trains with him and she has knee issues. He always takes the time to give her exercises she can safely do. Looking forward to continuing this journey with him and watching our bodies change!

I have been working with bobby for about a year now and have seen a tremendous improvement in my performance. As an Olympic gymnast, it was very important for me to feel comfortable talking about my needs. Bobby is a very dedicated and committed trainer and is great at adapting your program according to your injuries. His knowledge and his experience shows through his work. I’ve been bringing my 14 yr old son who plays competitive hockey to train with Bob at Owen Performance for the past 6 months. I’ve never seen such dedication and commitment towards my sons development. Bob makes sure all the exercises are executed well so my son can learn the very most important part of training at a young age. As a retired athlete, going to see Babak for strength training has been an AMAZING experience.Babak takes the time to understand what you are looking for during training and can adapt the workouts based on your specific needs or if there are any injuries.I have been going to Owen Performance for a few months now and have really noticed my progression. I will definitely keep going to train with him and would definitely recommend this trainer.

Bobby (babak)is amazing!! His workouts are specific and really make a difference in an athlete’s performance. He’s fun to workout with but doesn’t make it feel like it’s a workout. Don’t get me wrong they are hard but the workouts are efficient and not bartering to the body. And he also has a good understanding of weaknesses in the body and is able to tailor exercises to strengthen those areas.
