This is my second trip with moose tours to Vancouver Island and I've enjoyed every moment. Our tour leader, Lee, has been amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave us great recommendations on where to eat/drink. The accommodation in Tofino central to town and super cosy.The added activities in Tofino were well worth the money. We went on 2 wildlife watching boat trips up the coast and saw every type of Canadian fauna you could think of.10/10 would book again

I booked a trip for my son to go from Toronto to niagra. He waited an hour at the hostel but no one turned up. When I complained, I was offered a refund but nothing and no replies to my emails either. Please don’t use these guys.

I was a solo traveler (f / 19 years) when I joined my ten days trip with Moose and after these ten days I made friends for life. We had the best tour guides (Esteban and Mike) and Moosetravel made my vacation in Canada even better and I didn't think that could happen.I definitely recommend making the Rockymountainstour with this travel agency. I had a great time.

I am in the process of inquiring about the tours they offered from Vancouver to Banff, exploring Western Canada! I read good reviews, checked the fb account, it's okay - but my experience today as far as reaching them by phone is kind of scary - nobody answers the phone, calls not returned, email unavailable. What do you do?

Did whistler and yvr to banff and rockies iecl jasper with west canada moose bus. Read and shortlisted trips on website. Called to get details not clear, very helpful person. Booked trip and acco package as rates 20% or more.off and good to stay with group. Fun people on all trips from many countries around the world. Both guides/drivers, Mike and Esteban are knowledge, energetic and caring of all levels of travelers. Offered insider tips and routes.They took us to great hikes, optional activities and night/food spots. The hotels vary, as expected. Moose also has arrangement so you can get in say lake louise when parking is full. #bestvacaever

Just came back from a Victoria day tour, the bus driver was super outgoing and organized with really cool activities on every stop. The bus was clean and the music selection was great! Definitely worth it.

Had a great experience on the Caribou tour, definately recommended. Quality of hostels are also good if you buy the accommodation package.
