Conestoga blvd. System not working?? Can't book online unable to resevere a place in the online queue?? Go in person System down?? Monopoly???Coronation Blvd. 2pm you are late, need to take samples at 4pm. And there are 3 people waiting, go home book an appointment???

Not to sure what the point in making an appointment is. Due to significant understaffing I never got seen until 20 mins past my appointment time.

I booked an appointment today for 9am. I arrived to find a sign saying they were closed until 9:30am.Once I was allowed in the staff claimed I never made an appointment. They then suggested that I must have booked for another location….Only when I went to lifelabs on Pinebush road, they could see my appointment for Coronation Blvd…So are they incompetent or liars? It can only be one of the two options.

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews but I think people are simply impatient when it comes to any form of health care workers. The receptionist was polite, and the nurse I had, Heena was the best! I had to get an absurd amount of blood taken, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She was very good at her job, it was the least painful experience I have had with this stuff and she also made conversation to help distract me since I needed a lot done. Please be more patient and understanding to your healthcare workers, they are just trying to do their jobs - which is helping us.

It waste my time there one hour and a half and could not get test done. I am not sure if they biased me or it was sure the printer issue. Could not print my req. oh my god. And I late for my work too. Waite there and do nothing.

Dunno why all the negative reviews.. I personally had a very pleasant experience. The room is bright and nice with good amount of seating area compared to some other locations that are just dark, dingy and horrid looking. The staff was kind and courteous. They even have an electronic system where you can see how much wait time it will be for your turn. Also, didnt feel a thing with the needle.

I was very disappointed with my appointment today. I booked my appointment 2 months ago. My booked time was 11:10 I was there by 10:50. It says to be there10 minutes before appointment. I was 20 minutes early. After signing in there where some walk-in people behind me. As I was waiting my turn my appointed time came and went. That was fine I know they are very busy. But then I'm watching as the walk-in people are taken before me. So I go to the counter to ask about my appointment.I was told to sit down and wait for my turn. I thought I made a appointment was so I would not have to wait in line. Now it's 11:30 I'm still waiting. A man that came in after my appointed time gets called back. He even mentioned that I was before him and had an appointment on the board. I again get up to see what's going on. I again get told to wait. By this time I'm upset and quite angry. It was 11:40 before I got called back. What is the point of making a appointment if your going to be put aside. I go for blood work ever 3 month's this is the first time I was treated so poorly. This was at the Lifelab's on Coronation Blvd across from hospital in Cambridge Ontario.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I can't give them zero stars if I could I would give them minus 5 stars. Went in there to drop off some samples for a test the three ladies that were working ther were extremely rude in the way they spoke. The one lady said to me what's wrong with you why would you bring in a sample like that when I told her my doctor told me that this would be ok she laughed at me and said no she did not I don't believe that.They asked me for my paper work I told her my doctor faxed it to them again she laughed and told me that she did not believe me because they don't do it that way I very offended by this behavior it is very unprofessional I felt as tho I being called a liar..This place needs to hire more professional staff or should be shut down I will no longer be taking my business to this establishment nor will my family and friends.

I won't recommend this place.The nurse was really rude. I went in for a blood test. After the test, I had a few questions regarding the test,but she was so rude. She didn't answer the question properly, but she was looking at me like, You didn't know about it"Be gentle !!!!!!!!!"

Horrible. For the second time in 6 months I've had a scheduled appointment within the first hour of opening and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes past that time. The staff are super nice but can't make up for the lack of ability to even come close to honouring an appointment.
