I used T4's and more services last year and I can tell you that they were amazing. They were very kind, professional and efficient. I had lots of questions and they were very understanding and explained the details thoroughly. I certainly recommend their services to anyone. I had the worst experience with T4s and More. I initially came in for the value of their service in 2019. However, after my first year of having them file my T4, they did not provide great communication at all. I came in this week as they asked me to collect my tuition fee papers. Instead, I got blamed, belittled, and guilt-tripped me for not using their service because I mentioned I went with another tax professional after I received a notice from the CRA that caused me a great deal of stress. I find them very unprofessional and unorganized. The way they spoke to me was very disrespectful.

Karen and her staff are amazing! Year after year, they provide us with wonderful personalized service in a timely manner. No matter how busy they are, they always make sure that all of our needs are met from payroll deductions and quarterly HST remittances to business and personal income tax returns. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for that special family feel.
