The staff in the clinic are friendly and helpful. I love that the exercises they provide are not only something I can do with the equipment in the clinic, but are also easily modifiable for home. I was very fortunate that my sports injury is also a sport enjoyed by my physiotherapist! It makes it so much easier to connect with someone who plays the sport, in treating and managing my injury. I really love the booking system reminders and the ease of billing my insurance company directly. The receptionist are also very friendly and it is easy to rebook appointments.

I had such a positive experience here. Lori, at the front desk, was so welcoming and efficient. I saw Travis for a massage. I’ve been to quite a few massage therapists and he is hands down the best. I felt so much better afterwards. Great vibes all around this place!

I have been a patient of Thorold Physiotherapy for several years. Everyone at the office have been so helpful and caring for my well being. Sharon has been a great asset guiding me to a healthy recovery from surgery and injury. Lori has been great at scheduling around my work obligations and encouraging to book early to ensure I can get the times I need. She has also found ways to accommodate last minute changes as well. As a result of their dedication to my well being it has been my pleasure to recommend them to friends and family. My wife and father have positive comments regarding their service, primarily the Massage treatments from Travis. I attended 8 weekly sessions recovering from a total knee replacement surgery. The staff is thorough, encouraging, and extremely friendly. I was given a friendly reminder of every appointment the day before it and, even though I didn’t need, was thoughtful and appreciated!The openness and organization along with the cleanliness of the facility was definitely impressive! Have been here for massages and post accident physiotherapy. Both times have been great experiences. Very clean and staff are friendly. They have also been very good with flexible scheduling.
