Tried this new iced coffee with a hint of caramel and espresso and man it was amazing. My new favorite coffee anywhere.

Not the most efficient location albeit it's a busy one without a doubt. Depends on the time of day and the shift working really that makes the difference. Wait times walking in far exceed even the longest drive thru line constantly. Beverages are often wrong or orders have to be repeated at the window. Chocolate dip donuts at this location can be sketchy sometimes you'll see the traditional dip replaced with a messy frosting. Dine in tables are consistently left dirty despite the amount of staff that are working.

If you want the best Tim Horton experience be sure to visit the day shift Monday to Friday. The afternoon and overnight shifts have lots to improve unfortunately

They don’t accept debit or CC nothing to let you know before you get stuck in drive through. The excuse given why there was no signs was they get screamed at anyway so they removed it!!! So now everybody get stuck in the drive though, even the ones that observes! This is pure ignorance

We ordered online at night 2:10am, the employee working said you will have to be on standby because she was on the break. We waited for almost half hour she still didn't bothered to get up and make the coffee for which we had already ordered online. Highly disappointed.

We started to go to this Tims as we thought we would get better serves then the one on Essa and Bryan. Our order was over 30.00 and order a cheese croissant with cream cheese which was over 5.00 and it had half a teaspoon in cream cheese. For the cost of cream cheese almost 2.00 each you would think you would get more then half a of teaspoon. Not impressed.

The service sucks at most locations now, they walk around like they on eggshells, and the coffee seems to be tasting terrible as of lately. Tim Hortons is not the same anymore and wish we had all the other local shops back that where here before Tim Hortons drove them into the ground. I'm not even sure it's Canadian anymore?

Clean store. Food was HOT and fresh. Staff was super friendly. Two thumbs up. Best Tim’s I’ve visited in a while.
