Wanted to purchase cable to replace cable on a weight machine. Was given a 1 foot sample to compare to cable at home. Nice to be provided a sample to make sure I didn't choose the wrong cable. Thank-you!

We've been there twice in the past month and had awful service both times. The first time, we had our two small (very-well behaved and calm) children with us, and we still had to wait 15 minutes at checkout because a SKU code was missing on one of the products. The cashier sent someone to get it, she never came back, my husband had to go all the way to the other side of the store to get it himself. The second time was to get an exchange on an umbrella base that had been so badly damaged in the box that it was impossible to use. I had lost lost the receipt, and was told (rudely) that absolutely nothing could be done without a receipt. Really??

Excellent service. I ordered online and 2 hours later it was ready to pick up. When I went to the store, the clerk was very efficient, nice and helpful. In a couple of minutes she had answered my questions and I was leaving with my order. She also checked if I needed help to put my things in my car because it was heavy. Very good experience.
