Johnny at Smart Vacuum Plus Oakville gave expert advise on how to activate the central vacuum. He didn't try to sell me a more expensive way of solving the problem. He fixed my existing equipment which saved me a few hundred dollars. The central vacuum now works perfectly. He will certainly get my custom in the future. Johnnie at Smart Vacuum Plus, and Eric (their service technician) were right on the job without any delay. Service was within the day. We have a BEAM central vac and we couldn't figure out why it quit functioning. Within the day a technician (Eric) was here and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I would highly recommend that anybody that needs prompt service at an affordable price, use this Company. In a world where it is hard to get anybody to follow through promptly, these guys are excellent!

Johnny at Oakville Smart Vac Plus sold us a CycloVac Central Vacuum Unit and Sebo Accessory package in Oct. 2022 when our Beam Central Vac quit on us out of the blue. Johnny was extremely informative, very patient with all my questions and did not put any pressure on me to purchase. Johnny explained the various benefits of the CycloVac vs. the Beam equivalent, and we couldn’t be happier with our selection. Having used our CycloVac for 6 months now I can say it has been a valuable upgrade in Central Vac for our household with a super shedder dog and long hair cat. The Sebo Accessory package has also been a phenomenal upgrade. I love the features of the Sebo power head! I recently replaced my central vac. To be honest it wasn't something I knew a great deal about. Johnny who I believe was the owner, and his colleague Rodney were super helpful! They took the time to explain the systems to me, and what would be the most appropriate for my place. The machine and the accessories were vastly better than what I had.
