They gotts what u need fast

I called Ralcomm specifically asked if they had a glass or hard plastic screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that had adhesive over the whole protector, not just the edges 3 times. The girl on the phone said they did. However, when I arrived at the store by taxi (which cost me $20 each way). All they had was a plastic film screen protector. Obviously, the staff doesn't care about customer service. I wont be returning.

I went to get my laptop repaired a couple times and the staff was extremely kind and efficient, I will continue to go here for all my electronic needs

Worst experience I've ever had with customer service.The brunette lady at the front was super unhelpful, would not listen to what I was trying to get help with -- she spent more time picking out a chocolate dessert with her friend that brought goodies into the office than talking to me. Said she made a note on my file for the issue to be resolved, talked to Telus on the phone and they said no note was added. Which wasn't a surprise because this lady wasn't listening to the account I was referring to and being a karen behind the counter repeating that she could not do what I was asking and cutting me off even though telus told me to go into a store. I'd consider getting somebody else at your telus desk that can listen to customers and treat them like they're a human being, just an opinion, judging by reviews it's not the first time it's happened.

Friendly service by Cassandra. I ended up doing the switch for myself but she was friendly the 3 times i was in there for a phone swap.Initially the charge was 35 then it was 50, for a swap of a sim . Had to be credit card only too.Finally after i did this dance twice i bought a sim card. 21 bucks. activated it myself over the phone.So all in all. i went and paid 15 bucks for a service charge to get a credit card because i didnt have one, made sure i had enough on it to cover the 35 dollar fee, then it wasn't enough because telus needs 10,25, or 50.I wish that had been told to me.anyhow. Iearned one thing. It cost me 21 dollars and less of a headache. i talked straight to telus and solved my problem. I didn't need to try to get a credit card.

Just had a remote car starter installed today. Excellent customer service and the gentleman spent time showing me how the app was used and the new features on my existing factory fob. Fast and friendly, would absolutely recommend.
