Clean Club Calgary

Clean Club Calgary helped me immensely. They accommodated my required date and time, as well as my cleaning needs. The end result was a wonderfully clean apartment to move into! I definitely recommend this company.

The two cleaners cleaned my oven, my indoor windows and all my vertical blinds (17 windows) and they were on time, friendly, professional and diligent. As they were leaving, they realized they'd forgotten two small windows so they can back to complete the task. I have since requested their services again!

I booked a move in cleaning for a 4bed/3.5 bath home with pretty much all options selected. The final invoice was over $1000. The booking process was smooth and I was able to secure an appointment the following week. The 3 person crew arrived on time, they were friendly and answered all my questions patiently. Overall, the cleaning of the obvious surfaces were done well for the most part. However, there were also some very clear misses and not every nook and cranny was cleaned or even looked at (see pictures for some examples). The pictures were taken within an hour after the crew left. I left feedback along with pictures and also spoke to one of the ladies from clean club. They seemed receptive to the feedback and acknowledged the misses, which they said will be used for review/training purposes. They did offer to come back another day to fix all the misses, but I am unable to take additional time off work. By the time I spoke to the lady, I had already spent a lot of time cleaning up myself. Overall, the cleaning was ok considering the amount of work and amount of the time that the crew had. However, I don't think it lived up to the expectations for having a 4.9 rating.

Very thorough and excellent work done by 2 new Canadians who took great pride in doing a great job. Lina and her partner were Very professional and pleasant. Upon completion of the work I received a checklist of everything that had been done.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Being new to the area I wasn’t sure who to use, I could not have found a better company. Fast response time, they were able to accommodate me for a very last minute clean. The cleaners were a lovely husband and wife team. I have never had a better job done! They were very friendly and such efficient cleaners. I will be using them on a regular basis! Made a busy week much easier to cope with! Thanks again :)

This cloth is freaking amazing!! The only one to get the streaks and smudges off my glasses and the sparkle to my stainless steel appliance....oh my goodness. You have no idea how much relief this brings me!!! Never again will I use another cloth as I have now introduced to the best cloth ever!

The cleaning person had excellent interpersonal skills. Very congenial and went through a protocol ensuring nothing went untouched! Super clean.

So very pleased with my service from Clean Club Calgary! While seemingly expensive, they really did put in the work to complete a much needed deep clean of my home. It was literally sparkling when I walked in. They are incredibly communicative, and I knew exactly when they were in and out of the house. Could not have asked for an easier experience.There were a couple walls missed in the deep clean wipe. I emailed in a couple photos and Justine and her crew IMMEDIATELY scheduled a touch up clean. I'm very impressed with their willingness to complete the job, and how quickly they did just that.This was my first use of a cleaning service in my own home, and I would recommend them over and and over again. Get the deep clean, friends. It was such a weight lifted :)

I contacted Clean Club to have my mothers home cleaned after she was admitted to hospital unexpectedly. I wanted her to come home to a clean environment to help with her recovery from surgery. Clean Club was extremely kind and responsive, they managed to fit me in with little notice and did an absolutely stunning job on her older bungalow. The value was amazing and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Non-judgemental, thorough, kind and responsive. You can’t go wrong!
